This is nice laptop that I have been looking for Ana the price was reasonable.

I had to replace my other laptop because it got dropped at school. This has been a great replacement, with a clear and colorful screen display and quick processing speed. I would have given it five stars, but I love my music and the sound system/speakers are not as good as I would have liked.

Very easy to use. Really like it turning on when you open it. Response time is quick

This has been a great product, so far. The build seems strong and of high quality. The speed is great -- I haven't really pushed it all that hard yet. Everything is working well, but I'm moving from a MAC -- which I feel is a little more intuitive -- to this PC, so it is still a little early in my experience to judge. The next six months will be the real test.

I bought this laptop for my mother after she used her previous Inspiron 7000 for over three years. The new updated specs and look and feel of the laptop are superb. I have one very happy mother which makes me happy. Hopefully this lasts another three years or longer and I can upgrade to an even better Inspiron 7000 model next time. Highly recommended!

I've only had it for a few weeks, but so far I really love this computer. It is fast and I love the number keypad. Sometimes the keypad is a little hard to see with the light colored keys, and the battery life is shorter than I would have hoped. However, overall, I'm very happy with this purchase! I use it mostly for email, internet searches and some Word and Excel documents, as well as online streaming. No complaints so far.

bought this laptop for my nephew because his school issued chromebook can't do zoom. He's 13 so he's doing more then google docs and zoom. The computer is a nice upgrade to what he is given at school. Yes he plays online games; it's not a heavy gaming machine but this will do just fine for a few years until he is old enough for a gaming laptop.

So easy to use. Love the touch screen and the light up keyboard.

So far, the Dell Inspiron 7000 has been great-no issues; no problems. I use the Dell as a "desk top" for space saving and an external large screen. Very please with my selection and purchase. As a plus, I also take it to my garage where I have down loaded auto diagnostic software for vehicle maintenance and tuning. I have not tested the battery like as I have the unit running off external power.

Good little laptop that suits our needs, only problem encountered thus far is with two updates, both times the speaker and microphone drivers had to be manually reloaded and reinstalled. Waiting to see if with another update, if we have to do it over again. Also, the letters on the keyboard are hard to see in the daylight, silver keys illuminated lettering.
