Below you request photos as you state images are more helpful than text alone. The white back lit silver keys are difficult to see, offering black keys would be helpful. I do like the silver case!

Motherboard replaced 3 times!

Haven't used it for a month. Now when i started using it, I've noticed that the computer would randomly not start sometimes. No signal even if i plugged the charger. Took it back to geeksquad, at first they said it was just an update problem. Spent an hour with an agent downloading the latest system updates. Went back home and same problem happened again. Took it to geeksquad again, and this time they replaced the motherboard. They shipped it back to me. I received the package, and tried to start the computer but nothing happened even though they said that the computer passed all post repair tests. I called Dell this time, they also diagnosed a defective motherboard and send a tech over for repair. He replaced the motherboard and was able to start the computer. It worked for that day. The next morning the computer died again and wouldn't start. I shipped the computer to Dell. They diagnosed a defective motherboard again!!! They replaced it, shipped it back to me and again, the computer still doesn't work! Told Dell that i need a replacement, but they are offering me a refurbished computer! Just notice that this whole repair game took roughly 50 days of shipping and repairing. I would not recommend you to buy this computer. Lately the agent at geeksquad mentionned that they have to replace the motherboard again ... this is very disappointing!!!

The build quality is very nice with the aluminum chassis. It ticks off the right features, like the back-lit keyboard and fingerprint reader. The base specifications are nice, and the 11th gen Intel CPU is blazing. Very happy I went with this model over some of the other brands!
