LOVE MY DELL

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love being back with a DELL laptop.... my 1st Dell lasted from 2009-2019 until my windows was discontinued :-( my next laptop (not Dell) lasted from 2019-2021. It was it all plastic & the top frame and hinge cracked and the receiver was dying slowly for 6 months. My new DELL is not all plastic and the hinges for the top are secure!

Great Laptop

It's my first laptop, so I don't have much to go by, but I did use a different name brand years ago for work. That one was fine, but I like how this one has the 2 in 1 feature. I'm only using this for personal use. Social media, emails and a few games. This is perfect for my use. I definitely recommend this product.

That said the only thing my wife (the reason for the purchase) has an issue with is the backlighting on the keyboard. You get used to it but it's still a PITA.

A very happy daughter

She really loved this laptop. She was so surprised because she had no idea she was getting a laptop for Christmas. She literally cried. The house laptop broke and she had to use everyone else laptop in the house including mines. I told my husband that we were buying her a laptop for Christmas.

Considered HP but after researching online, decided to go for it. 12gb ram is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this. Serious power for all my apps. Came with Win 10, but upgraded to Win11. I wasnt looking forward to moving to Win11, but after a few days, I changed my mind.

I'll have to teach myself to learn how to use it for all the other things its programed with
