No questions asked, she got my wife a new laptop and took wonderful care of us! It was so nice to get a replacement with no problems! We really appreciate the fantastic service!

If I could change anything, it would be to take One-Drive out of the automatically installed package. I find One-Drive to be invasive and eliminated it from my computer. Otherwise, the computer has everything I could want and operates well.

Dell - Inspiron 7000 2-in-1

(The keyboard is silver and keys are see-through with backlighting.)
