Great value in a sleek package

I use it for personal business and casual browsing - this laptop can handle all that and then some. Battery life could be a touch better but no complains otherwise. Highly recommend.

BUT I can deal with that because everything else is perfect!

My experience with Dell systems is that it may require a BIOS/Firmware update but that's not come up yet. Fast and compact

Her only complaint is the silver keys are sometimes hard to see depending on where she is using it. She's happy with the speed and the touch feature is interesting but she doesn't use that very much.

Thunderbolt, SSD, touch screeen with tablet mode.

Very fast and versatile. Thunderbolt included but only one. SD slot maybe not needed these days nor proprietary charging port. Great at open box pricing.

Always preferred Dell laptops

I'm familiar with it and have always been satisfied with using it. I always do my research on what's new, updates, etc and very rarely have I encountered any issues with these laptops. If there are problems, the Dell support system have been very helpful as always.
