Very Nice Experience

I’m still learning surprises that are on it that I really like. The computer salesman really listened to what I used my old computer for and recommended a compatible one for me to replace it with.

Inspiring Inspiron

I am not a skilled typist, so this keyboard is not as easy to see. Clarity of pictures and speed of transmission are excellent. It does everything I could ask for.

For example, what exactly does "2-in-1" mean? Also, the keyboard is very sensitive, especially when I'm writing emails. Twice I have lost quite lengthy emails before I was finished writing them.

It responds fast and the touch screen is easy to use (eliminates the need for a mouse). The only negative is the keyboard that can be difficult to see in certain bright light conditions

I love it. any time I will go Best buy first. :-)

Replacement computer

Hopefully more reliable. Works OK. Touch pad not too great. Glad I bought the wireless mouse. Key board hard to see in some lighting conditions. They could have done better on that.

Dell Inspiron 15 7000

I went into two of your stores wanting to seen an XPS machine, but you don't have them in stock/display, so I was unable to make that purchase. The Inspiron is a fairly easy to use machine which should serve me well, however.

The hinges are a little bulky as well but overall a good product for home office work.
