Wife loves it, works great for everything for her.

My new computer stopped working. Was given my purchase price for a new computer. Had to leave my second new computer, it took over 7 days to get it back. That seems way too many days. Frustrated that I am unable to make contact with the Lebanon, NH store.

Light weight slick design. I got this for my mom who is a light user. Great for day to day usage and no issues so far. Because it folds all the way, it may seem a little flimsy and you feel like you're gonna break something every time you open it. Still 5 starts because it's pretty good quality for the price

great value, super fast beautiful full key board.

It was a little difficult to get set up but that could be user error I’m sure ... not always as patient as I should be doing these type things. Rather be completing task that make my business money but this computer seems to handle everything we need it for well.

Bought for my son for school. He loves it! Great laptop plenty of features and looks great! We've used Dell computers for years and they have always been dependable and good quality. If you're looking for a laptop with plenty of features and power you won't be disappointed with this one.

While I have only had the laptop for a few weeks, I can tell you that I am happy that I came back to Dell. It has been a pleasure to work with the many changes they have made since I purchased my previous computer. Well worth the cost and setup was extremely user friendly. You won’t go wrong with this one.

Good solid pc for your average grandma who loves to shop online, download music and upload pictures of grandkids. First one quit charging after 2 weeks but they happily exchanged it with no hassle. Bought on sale during the holidays and so far I'm pleased.

Overall it seems to be a good computer. However, like most laptops, an external mouse is very helpful, since the built in touch pad has limitations. Also, I will be buying an external keyboard, as the laptops built-in keyboard is a little hard to use.

So far so good. More contrast for the keys would be good (previous version had dark keys and the backlight showed up better. Some concern about longevity - Power port and hinges. Time will tell.

My sales woman was great, Kevin in the Geek Squad was great. I will not purchase something over Thanksgiving weekend again as it was chaotic and confusing.

Our new Dell laptop is far superior to the previous brand we had! This processor is much faster, the graphics are so sharp & the fold ability feature is quite handy! I’m actually excited to go to work because I have a new toy! I’ll be much more time efficient!

This is a really nice laptop with great specs. I got a better price from BB than Dell would offer. Delivery was sketchy as BB used the USPS during the holidays and it took over 2 weeks to get delivered. Missed the Christmas present window I was anticipating. But product-wise, I have no complaints.

Bought this computer for school. A Few months after I purchased it crashed. It may have been because of the windows 11 update but ever since it shuts down randomly. Dell Support replaced the hard drive, motherboard, and processor. Still happened so had the batteries replaced. Last place I took it replaced the heat sink and fan. Scrap metal. Best Buy offered me 200$ trade it so I’ll just keep it for all the new parts incase I every need.

So far I am enjoying. Could not see the keys at first..beware..silver on silver! Dumb mistake. Ended up turning of backlight of keys..and that helped. Working thru the applications gradually, along with the help of geek squad...which really helps.

Great laptop. Was able to get this during a really good sale and for the money, it has the best features and offered the most in terms of hardware than any of the others. Have had really good luck with Dell laptops in the past with quality and life so it was a no brainer for me to get this.

Jonathan was the associate who helped on our purchase and he was very knowledgeable and not high pressure. Took his time to explain our options and gave us the information we needed to make the correct choices that would fit our needs. Was very impressed with this young man!

I am used to using a Mac Book Pro but it is getting old. This Dell was recommended by my husband whose is an End User Support Analyst, and works with this type of PC everyday. This is different from a Apple Mac but I like it.

Great laptop for work and home use. The only issue is with the keys on the keyboard being all one color, wish the keys were in a black color with white numbers, but overall, we’re satisfied with the purchase.
