    Battery runs out too fast; the fan is loud when it is spinning or working. Other than that the laptop is a must buy when I compared it to the Apple Laptop (because I would have to pay more for Apple laptop)

    I like the way the hinge works on this laptop, I did return it to get a Samsung laptop though because of the size and portability, this laptop was just too big for me

    Love, love, love!!! This is the perfect laptop for online classes. It has so many convenient features. It's fast and the fact that it folds into a tablet makes it perfect for studying late at night in bed.

    This is a replacement for a DELL G5 I destroyed by pouring water on it. This computer is excellent and meets my personal needs very well. The GEEK Squad folks managed to transfer all my files and date to the new machine. Well done.

    BestBuy laptop - Courteous, professional, helpful

    The first computer I purchased didn't work but when I needed to return it BestBuy was very helpful, courteous, and professional with the return. I ordered another laptop and it works great! Received it within just two days. Thanks BestBuy!

    I like the style, and it's been great to own a new Dell product again. The Geek Squad wasn't to helpful to me when I went to the Best Buy in Jersey City. I think I can do that job part time. other that that, I've enjoyed my computer so far.

    Note: I've had this machine for over a year. I've used a series of Dells at home and at work for 25 or 30 years. This machine is simply not up to earlier standards and may well be my last Dell. As others have mentioned, the keys are invisible unless the light shines just so. More serious is the touch pad which was plagued by random cursor movement at first and only after a series of downloads managed to stabilize. Even now, the cursor control is erratic: sometimes responsive, sometimes sluggish, and sometimes disappearing off the screen. Second biggie: the webcam does not work on Zoom. The light is on but nada. I have gone through all the settings several times. Nada. Big failure. Fortunately I have an older HP whose camera works perfectly. The third biggie is that even though the computer connects to the printer, it will not receive scans from that very same printer. Again, I have gone through all the settings and there isn't even a way of tinkering with this problem. My last Dell handled scans without problem. This is a huge inconvenience as I have to scan items to another computer and email the results to myself. May I also say that BestBuy did a less than minimal job of setting up the machine, which I asked them to do under a paid-for-service agreement still in force at the time. When I got the computer home, I found that no service updates had been installed for 60 or 70 days and the transfer of my files was incomplete.

    So far I am very pleased with my computers. I bought 2 for a photography project I am doing and the color resolution is excellent and I am currently editing my photographs for a book. I am therefor using two computers for this project.

    Fast startup, processing and very responsive to touch. Well built with metal case. Very thin and fairly lightweight. Nice HD screen. Great deal on sale. Not loaded with bloatware either. Updated all the software and firmware with no issues.

    So far so good. Be warned that the default Dell video drivers are awful and crash constantly. I had to uninstall the Dell video drivers and instead use default Intel video drivers.

    This was purchased for a middle school student to move to online education. It has been great decision. It is user friendly. Love it and highly recommend it for any age. The sales staff did an amazing job with fitting the product to our needs.

    Slow. it takes forever to bring up google. I do like the touchscreen. i did not receive any assistance from the geek squad in set up.

      1. Restart your computer regularly
      2. Run the automated tools provided in the SupportAssist tool
      3. Run a complete hardware diagnostic test
      4. Scan your computer for malware
      5. Restore your Dell computer using Windows System Restore
      6. Reinstall Microsoft Windows

    Absolute garbage. I bought it new, and it lasted two years almost to the day I bought it. I wish I had enough money at the time to have bought a Mac. I recently bought a Mac desktop, and I’m sure it will lay 10+ years before I have any issues. Don’t bother with this computer.

    I really love this laptop, we purchased 2, one had no issues, and on the 2nd we had to bring it to a store to see what was going on with it. They figured it out and have had no issues since.

    as soon as Paid 900 usd for this, 3 months later the new 16gb i 7 was the same price, even though I still like it,however, will probably stop buying dell laptops and more like mac pros or gaming laptops

    Love the computer when it turns on. Having issues with it turning on sometimes. It will work daily and then won’t turn on some days. Should have read reviews before purchasing.

    I have had Dell Computers in the past and I really like there performance. The only thing I don't like about this one is the key board is to lite to see for me, I know it lights up but don't like it in good light.
