LOVE MINE , MY DAUGHTER ORDERED IT FOR ME , EASY INSTALL , PLUG AND PLAY , WOKING FROM HOME AND THIS IS ALL I NEED TO BE HAVE THE RIGHT TOOLS FOR WORK

I love the computer. It is fast and so bright. It is lightweight. I took on the airplane and it was not bulky at all. The only thing is that I wish the letters were darker to make them stand out more.

This laptop is great. Except for one thing, it loses the screen, the curser is still there and moves around. I am forced to turn off laptop and turn it back on to make things right????

I love my new laptop. The one I had was making so much noise I couldn't think and it froze if I opened too many windows. I now can work in peace, open up any windows I need and the color on this is amazing.

The images are sharp. A nice size screen for older users like us. The lighted keypad is a definite plus. Great for older users such as myself and my wife. It is well worth the price.

Laptop is great for work, my only problem is the design of the keyboard the light with the silver color you can’t see what letter you typing, need to have it ver head light

Bought on December 5th so I haven't had long. It seems to be good so far. I am having to spend some time doing new updates and using the features it has. I can't wait to use alexa!

Definitely an upgrade from what I had and it a good laptop. Only issue I have is it shuts off often and I have to restart it a lot. And the battery could last a little longer.

Worked well right out of the box. Only complaint is that it took a little while to figure out how to save docs, photos, and music but then I am only nominally tech savvy. Speakers not in best position.

Bought this for my son for college to replace his outdated HP laptop. So far it has worked well with no issues. Always been a fan of Dell anyways.

Great laptop! Works just as intended, the only real issue is sometimes the trackpad seems to freeze up, but it may be a setting thing.

This is a good laptop. It's a little larger than what I was expecting, but it's very fast, with good graphics and sound. Much better than the older laptop it is replacing, which was starting to show its age.

Very easy to set up easy to use not real happy with keey board letters shoud be black letters so it would bd easyer to see other then that it is great

Fast, easy setup. Very happy with quality, though the backlighting on the keys is a bit annoying (contrast against metallic finish isn't great in good room lighting).

This is the worst laptop I've ever owned. After only 3 months I started getting the blue screen of death, so I called for tech support and they did a "tune up" on the machine. It fixed the issue for only a few days and then the blue screen frequency increased again. I took it into the store and they wiped out the hard drive, but that still didn't correct the issue. After less than a year I just ended up buying a different computer. $1k down the drain, extremely dissatisfied with the purchase but not worth putting another several hundred dollars into this wreck of a machine. Bought an HP Envy x360 and it is working fine after several months.

Upgraded from my old Dell and love this new Dell. Beautiful detail on screen and typing is very fluid on keyboard. Slim and lightweight great if you are looking for a new laptop

I love the touchscreen features and how it walks you through the setup. There are auto reminders that pop up for many things. You have the option to turn them off or keep them. Overall a good product.
