Loving the new dell. usually go with HP but employee said what and fast one this one within price range Only think I do not like is silver key board. little hard to see

This is the worst laptop I've ever owned. After only 3 months I started getting the blue screen of death, so I called for tech support and they did a "tune up" on the machine. It fixed the issue for only a few days and then the blue screen frequency increased again. I took it into the store and they wiped out the hard drive, but that still didn't correct the issue. After less than a year I just ended up buying a different computer. $1k down the drain, extremely dissatisfied with the purchase but not worth putting another several hundred dollars into this wreck of a machine. Bought an HP Envy x360 and it is working fine after several months.

My wife is using this for her schooling. It’s going great so far, it has the camera for zoom meetings and the best part is that it doesn’t have those “nerdy lights” ( her words) so overall it’s great!

Nice Computer. Bought for my dad. Keys are silver w/ backlight and the keyboard letters are hard for him to read especially if the computer is lying flat.

I needed a new laptop and had a Dell laptop at work that I liked very much. I checked the reviews and agreed that it's a great computer. When it went on sale, the deal was sealed. Love it..

Great laptop. Did not disappoint. You will be happy with this purchase. Handles all the regular programs that we have been running. Super fast response time and great screen.

Excellent product. Does everything I expected it to and more. This is a replacement laptop for one I bought at Best Buy many years ago and I can now appreciate the advances in the technology.

Excellent response time and a very satisfactory lighted keyboard. The lighted keys can have background lighting adjusted, a valuable control option. The computer is also much lighter than earlier models.

Light colored letters on grey keys are difficult to see during daylight. Backlighting of keys isn't particularly helpful.

This lap top is amazing. It was in flawless condition when i bought it geek Squad certified just had no box. I hadn't realized technology has gottn so good in comparison to price now a day.

I got one of these after using a smaller one for years, so I knew what to expect going in. Its a great value for the money. Very Lightweight for its size. My staff love these.

Computer works great. I really like the features it has. However, the only down side is the battery doesn’t last long.

I had purchased a new Dell laptop in July and recently the sound stopped working. I brought it to The Geek Squad and within 10 minutes rhey identified the problem and corrected it.

Easy to work laptop and calculator is on the right hand side of the laptop.. associate was very knowledgeable and helpful with the purchase of this device also compatible with iPhone

Overall pretty solid. Unless you run it and absolute nost stripped down modes you need to keep it plugged in. Battery life is fairly poor.

An excellent 15.6 inch screen laptop. Uses finger print as method of opening the computer which works abut 1/5 of the time even using two different fingers. Appreciate fast turn on with SSD.

Love my new computer however every time I type the cursor jumps around and I have to reposition where I am typing!!! It is VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Finger print scanner doesn't work at all but I don't need it at all. Great laptop otherwise. Computing power is beyond acceptable for spreadsheet use.

Computer was what I wanted but the “free” download was a pain. It is very nice and the Best Buy rep was helpful.

An excellent laptop at a good price. Great specs, although it could stand to up upgraded to 16 or more RAM, but that's an easy upgrade down the road. The large SSD and optane help this machine fly.
