An excellent laptop at a good price. Great specs, although it could stand to up upgraded to 16 or more RAM, but that's an easy upgrade down the road. The large SSD and optane help this machine fly.

I am very happy with my new computer. My only issue is with Windows 11. I'm having some trouble ubderstanding the changes.

My son really likes it for work it not to big or small he takes everywhere he goes . He also uses it for school zoom classes. The screen is big enough for myself to see as visually impaired

This was a replacement laptop to another Dell laptop which had a crash of the motherboard. So far, the new laptop is meeting my expectations

Geek Squad set-up my new computer today. Everything went very well. Representative was very professional and knowledgeable. My expectations is that I will be very satisfied with the product.

I don't think I could be any happier with this laptop. Start up and application launching are super fast. The screen is bright and clear. The touch pad and touch screen both work very well.

I kept having issues since I received the laptop. the first week I received it, I was working and the computer screen became dark, then I couldn't restart it so I waited 48 hours, plugged it then restarted it and it was working. the following week the keyboard switched to AZERTY (meaning when I type Q, and its an A, W is Z.. the third week computer keyboard went back to normal QWERTY. I have this same issue every month. Then I had several other technical issues that I cannot describe because I don't even remember the technical terms. Now for the past three months, I have connectivity problems everyday. At first, I thought it was WIFI issue in my apart (may be it is), but while my TV and my daughter laptop are connected, my PC is not. every day I have reconnect, or restart my computer. I bought it in February but I have not had time to set up appointment with geek squad to fix it, first because its is in another city, then because I got busy with work, then sick then work, and mostly because I have to drive more than an hour to get it fixed; so I just managed with all the issues as its gets better on its own (issues are on & off). I will try next week. I will update my review after my appointment.

So far, I really like this laptop. I had previously purchased an older version of this laptop several years back. It does not weight as much, and I also like that it has the number pad.

Purchased for school and works well. Purpose intended was only for school so I can't review for gaming or anything else.

The laptop is good but the keys are hard to see while working on the laptop. The storage is sufficient and the delivery was on target.

Very easy to set up. Attached to printer Wifi with ease. My only concern is the plug in needs some wiggle for it to make contact on occassion.

After the month of McAfee expired the pc is acting up and its not a virus...just bc i didn't order their anti-virus software but I do love my computer

I got this for school and for my business and I absolutely love it for both, it works so well, for what i need it for, best laptop ive ever purchased. Well worth the money!

The Geek Squad people who helped me were terrific. They explained all of my options in a very clear way and helped me with the transfer of all my data from the old computer to my new one.

We have had this computer for a month. The computer is used for email, online shopping, paying bills, and other normal personal uses. It does everything well and has been a great purchase.

I purchased this for my wife. She lives on it! She uses it to follow her news sources and find recipes. She can pull up a recipe and take it to the kitchen as she prepares.

Love the pc but not the keyboard which has light issues.. can,t see in daytime without electric light

Kind of perfect gift for my father on their retirement, though expecting some more features as in the price i spent for this machine.

I purchased this laptop a few days ago. I didn't have any issues with performance except that it will not download Turbotax that I purchased on Amazon. The reason for 3 stars is how uncomfortable this machine is as a laptop. It has very sharp edges and the screen hinge is not flush with the keyboard when it's open on my lap. Very uncomfortable to work from on my lap. I will be returning for a similar machine that is more comfortable to work on.
