Best computer i ever had work super fast and you can upgrade the computer

Very happy with this. The display resolution is excellent. Ample RAM and USB ports. Good size solid state hard drive. It boots very quickly. Good sound from the speakers. I really like the shutter that lets me cover the webcam easily. Display is a generous size but the computer weight is light making it easy to handle. Battery life has been good so far.

Sleek, lightweight, good keyboard spacing, and great HD screen/picture. 9 year old Dell Inspiron desktop finally got to slow so needed to get new computer. Decided on laptop for mobility. Researched many makes and models but ultimately ended up sticking with Dell Inspiron laptop version. Couldn't beat the price for an open box certified with theses specs. Very fast but expected from a 12gb new laptop, battery life has lasted as noted in specs with no drop-off in performance as it gets to dying out phase. I use this mainly for web surfing, online purchases, with some purchases needing to be super fast as to not sell out ..ie supreme, nike, etc. Inspiron has served me well and continues in this laptop.

Finally, we replaced our 20 year old HP laptop (which tells you the longevity of this company’s product) with this new HP laptop. It accesses the apps and internet at lighting speed. It paired to our existing wireless printer and wireless network without any issues. We are extremely pleased with our new purchase.

Nice machine, fast, good battery life, no issues at all. Has the ports I need and the USB C allows for flexibility with adding ports such as ethernet, dual monitors, etc. Great for office use and travel. Sound not impressive, but that's to be expected, loud enough for video conferencing. Price was fairly high but needed something fast and this was in stock.

The laptop was surprisingly fast and comes with useful apps. Configuring it was a little tricky but that was a Windows 10 issue and had nothing to do with the laptop or hardware. Touch screen works well, easy to mirror screen with compatible TVs, and has several other features including an HDMI output port. And it came at a great price and good value.

Purchased this laptop to replace an older model Dell. Recommended by the salesperson at BestBuy, it has everything I was looking for. A little more than I was looking to spend but well worth it. The silver keyboard is hard for me to see, adjusting the backlight brightness helps. My next purchase will be back to a black keyboard/laptop..

A first computer for my nephew who is going back to school. Set up was easy. Function is great. And lots of features for the money. We had to choose between a Surface Pro and this. The real keyboard made this a better choice for the money. So far he's in love with it.

Great laptop, long lasting battery, 15in screen, lightweight

Great computer size wise n weight wise. The battery lasts pretty good too. I like the touch screen n 3 in 1 features too. It's fast n able to hold all the pics n stuff we want on it n has great features built in. The color n picture quality is super. It's easy n very user friendly

Been using it for the last 8 months and excellent laptop, great speed and the keyboard design good. For uses for longer hours, it needs an external fan to maintain a low temperature. Internal fan are very basic. Screen its great and overall for the price i got on sale, perfect for the price.

Great computer. The only thing going wrong is the battery. It still holds up to 3.5-4 hours or so of charge on full screen brightness for me but that's not as long as it used to be. Not a huge issue right now but still. I hate plastic type laptops and so it a was a really huge relief to find one with that heavy metal like construction. I don't use it in tablet mode or tent mode too often but it's a really great feature in this laptop. The speakers aren't the best but they aren't too horrible either. The sound distorts sort of/changes when the battery is pretty low as an FYI but that doesn't bother me really. I just plug the laptop charger in and the sound returns to normal. I'm not so sure if it's good for games. My daughter plays Roblox on it sometime and after a bit the fan is kicking on heavy and the bottom of the laptop warms up a bit. It might just be the fan starting to go but it only does that when she plays Roblox. So I don't know. Over all I really like this laptop and for sure recommend it. I used to for college classes and a lot of home/daily use since I've had it and it's been pretty fabulous. I'm going to finally purchase a Dell external DVD drive here soon for it too

Were very happy that this laptop has all the latest apps and touch screen . Easy to use and carry. My wife uses it everyday and she gets all her work done. I would reccomend it to anyone . Product and price was better than what i ecpected. Lookink forward of getting many years use out of this laptop.

Love love love this laptop!!! Got a smashing deal on it, open box item description and discount. Paid less than 50% of the original price and it's barely 6 months old. Had to buy battery charger separately,but also got it for open box price, orig.$60, paid $27! Dell made this laptop beautifully. Touch screen is on point, screen resolution and clarity are flawless. Plenty of memory for full time college classes. Plus the warranty is like no other!! If I accidentally spill, drop, etc..., If the dog jumps on it, ITS COVERED!!!!! Worth every penny! Love it's got 10key, fingerprint sign-in, camera, voice activation, backlight keys when your in the dark, can answer my calls and texts and never even touch my phone. I can't say it enough, last laptop was an HP, and I loved it, but Dell, undescribable love in my heart. You complete me;)

Absolutely love my laptop. I formally had an Apple and am glad I upgraded to a Dell. It's a great laptop for school and just in general. It's a good size as well not too big or little. Definitely recommend this laptop to others, you will not regret purchasing it.

I wanted a small laptop for ease when traveling, however, this one is small enough that Outlook and some websites need to be formatted for smaller screens so you can see all menu options. Otherwise, it works just fine.

Finally I have a laptop for my use, fast and easy to use

Have only had for 1 month. This unit replaced a 3 year old Dell Inspiron 13 2 in 1 i7 8 gig ram and 512 SS drive. This is a i5 12gig with 512 SS drive. Is just as fast if not faster as old machine. Very pleased so far. Got it on sale $200.00 off.
