I could hardly hear a thing! I had to hook up my Bluetooth speaker just to watch it comfortably. I’ve had both cheap and expensive PCs but this one by far had the worst audio ever and I found out too late and wasn’t able to return.

1. Click Start and select Settings (gear icon).
2. Click Update & Security and select Troubleshoot.
3. Click Recording Audio and then click Run the troubleshooter.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

I have to have the screen slanted to be able to see the keyboard when the backlit keyboard is not needed. I hate how all the pop up ads keep coming up for McAfree or whatever the free month virus protection was that came on the laptop-very annoying.
