    I really like the brand, Dell. However, when I was transferring my files into it by an external hard drive, it became too hot and noisy, even more than my 12-year-old SONY! I really wanted to keep it, but a day after that I tried to turn the new laptop on. I couldn't although it was charging at these moments. At noon suddenly I could turn it on. I returned it because I thought that I could not rely on this for my work! Two stars is just because of my attitude toward Dell, otherwise it should be "1" star.
