I really like this computer. I like the metal exterior, it’s sturdy yet sleek. I Have had two Dells prior to this one and both had the plastic case which was not as durable. I was concerned about transferring data from one computer to the other but it all ran very smoothly thanks to the software that comes with this computer. The Processing system is fast and has plenty of storage for my needs as a home office use. The keys can be a little hard to read if you are sitting where there’s a lot of lighting as the white lettering blends with the silver tone of the key buttons, but ironically it’s easier to read when the exterior lighting is not so great as the keys individually light up. The screen is large and I love the touch screen feature which is very easy to use. You can also flip the screen over and use it to watch movies or give a presentation but I have not used it for those purposes so I cannot opine on how well that works. All in all I am I am extremely pleased with his computer and would recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade.

My Dell is very easy to use and looks great. Ilove that it is ao light to carry. It has so many options if I want to use them, like floding it in half and bring up a key board. It also has a touch screen which comes in handy and fast. My Dell is very comfortable to use I love it.

We bought this for my wife to use. We had been trying to share a laptop. but was not always convenient. She uses it primarily for the Internet and for Zoom. They changed the processor requirements for background on Zoom a few months ago and this laptop meets the requirements. My 3 year old laptop doesn't. It was lucky that we had this laptop. the 15 inch screen is looks good and is bright enough for us. The processor is fast and has no trouble handling Windows 10. It works well streaming video. The WIFI and Bluetooth work well as does the touch screen. The few time I have used it I have found that the touch pad even seems to work well. That usually seems to be source of much frustration on laptops . Over all we are very pleased with the purchase of this laptop.

This laptop is perfect! Not too expensive for such amazing quality. It has a really nice walkthrough that helps you set everything up. The resolution is incredible. Sound quality is pretty good. Fast. Definitely recommend.

I really like this. Upgraded from a 13inch, was little weary but the screen is great and size and weight is OK. Fits in my old 13 bag. Numerical key pad nice extra. The WIFI six is fast (faster than ethernet in my old setup). Great price on sale for 512/12 GB setup. Superfast to boot up or reawaken. So far battery life has been great, but i am not a big streamer. Minimal bloatware and need to lose the Macafee. Downside- finger print scanner does not work me and the audio is terrible. I used a headset today for meeting and it was fine.

Although I have only had this computer a few weeks, it seems to be working well. I'm used to a larger keyboard and it is taking a little while to get use to this keyboard (I have fat fingers). I like the touch of this keyboard. I'm not in love with the touchpad so I added a wireless mouse. However since the Inspiron only has two usb ports, I will be looking for a bluetooth mouse. The screen is nice and bright. I do wish this computer had more usb ports. I also miss having a built in dvd reader/writer. I have putchased a separate one. I haven't really used the touch screen feature and don't know that I will. I'm expecting this Dell to last me at least 5 years as Dell's I've had in the past have. So far I feel I've gotten good value for the money I spent. I used Geek Squad to transfer files from my old laptop to the new one. I do wish they had been Geek Squad had been a little more frequent with updated on the status of the process.

This is a smaller laptop than we are used to, but we are very happy with the 15 in screen. My husband and I are elderly so we were concerned but it truly is a fine machine. It is much lighter (weight) than any of our other laptops. Our first DELL but we are sold.

Love this computer. It was easy to set up. It is fast and reliable. The only problem I have had is downloading Turbotax onto it. It just won't load, though it loaded onto my husband's computer with ease. Neither Geek Squad nor TurboTax can figure out why. Still pleased with this computer.

After a year the mouse pad stop responding to touch the more i use it. Touchscreen works perfect though. Other than that I love my laptop.

Product does just what we need it to do for our inside office staff. Emails and checking inventory on website and systems. Very fast, and easy to use. We bought 5 for our office.

Got this for a great price a few days after Christmas in exchange for a lesser model I received as a present. Extremely impressed with it. Super fast for all my needs, decent battery life, still has number pad which I use a lot, responsive touchscreen, night lite on keys. Really checked all the boxes for me except I wanted an I7. After using this, I realized I didn't need an I7 at all. The only complaint I have is the fingerprint reader is awful. Only remembers my prints for a day or so and then rejects them. I've just switched to using pin. I have the same problem with my phones though so maybe all the years of working on things has my fingerprints illegible. Not a deal breaker though so she is a keeper. Downsized from a 10lb beast of a laptop with 17" screen and it seems just as big honestly, but a lot lighter. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great deal on a 2in1. Mid 6's when on sale and a deal at those prices.

I bought this laptop for my wife, she is very happy with it, the screen is amazing, the component are very good, price competitive. It is thin and light. No bloatware in this windows installation besides basic Dell App. Very happy with this purchase.

This is the first laptop i got in a while that wasn't dreadfully slow, and it was a worth it purchase. A bit slow still compared to an SSD'd desktop, but for its price, definetly a worthwhile product

This is a great upgrade from my previous HP of 4 yrs old. Wanted something with a SSD. The Best Buy staff recommended this one for my wants and needs. Love the speed, lighted keyboard and the screen is crystal clear and crisp. Nice piece all around in my opinion.

Got an excellent deal by buying this as an open box item for my wife. The only issue was, when I got it home and was configuring it I discovered that any time the finger print scanner activated the computer rebooted. Since I got such a reduced price from Best Buy and it was such an obscure issue that they likely may not have noticed I just reached out to Dell support. Spent about 20 minutes troubleshooting on the phone, they agreed it was a hardware issue. Sent me a box, I sent it in, a week later I had it back in perfect working order. The computer is fast, reliable and has plenty of storage for my wife. She loves it. Personally I find the keyboard a little odd. The whole thing just feels shifted to the left to me, but that's probably because I'm not used to a 10 key numeric keypad on a laptop.

So far so good. It has great picture quality, and great screen size. The touch screen responds great to touch. I love that I can flip it around and use as a tablet to view videos etc. I use it mainly for school and there has been no lag etc with school apps.

Good laptop. I'm not using 3 in 1 option to be honest but it is a nice feature

Purchase this laptop for my home use and it has been outstanding for I need to do. This laptop is very fast easy to use and it has more bells and whistles than I need, but that is alright I will probably use them in the future.

I bought it on sale, price is reasonably. This laptop is thin and designed is beautiful, good quality , fast boosting. I bought this laptop for my kido for the needs of online class, it works great , we don't have any complaints so far.
