Old Dell laptop had a unrecoverable power failure, and settled on the new Dell model as a replacement. Attempted to reinstall 2019 Turbo Tax on this Dell model. After spending hours on the phone, and allowing remote access to both Dell and Turbo Tax customer support neither could not figure out what was preventing Turbo Tax to activate. Returned the laptop for another new same model laptop hoping it was just an issue with the first laptop. The second laptop did not work either. There must be a driver issue with this Dell model preventing 2019 Turbo Tax from activating. Purchased last years model, and Turbo Tax installed with no issues. I really liked this laptop other than the one software install issue, and that is why I gave it 4 stars. Wish it would have worked. Otherwise a nice laptop.

So far so good. This laptop is fast, lightweight, and easy to use. I feel especially good about the The Geek Squad service and Trend web safety protection. I always declined those services before but it has already been beneficial.

I've had this laptop for over a year and it's been a great purchase. Initially I purchased it for school. But eventually life happened and i began using it for my podcast. It's been seamless and smooth. Great Purchase!

Bought this for my brother and he loves it. I tested it out before giving it to him and wanted to keep it for myself, it's that nice. I have an Apple MacBook Pro M1 and I like this much better. Great look and feel, quality material and really sturdy.

Using Best buy is a good experience staff is very knowledgeable and friendly I left there feeling ashured I got the right product that I needed.. I highly recommend Best buy electronics

So far I am happy with the laptop. Initially I was a bit alarmed when I literally took it out of the box and instantly had an error on the first start up. It was claiming the battery was bad. I did not buy a refurbished laptop. Through the startup it did connect me with Dell and they mailed me a new battery and had a tech visit my house where they replaced the battery. I do have concerns about the longevity given the instant issue out of the box but have decided to keep it. Overall I am happy with it's speed, startup time and features. I use this company for work so I tend to have various files open at the same time.

Love this computer! Fast, clear screen, enjoying having the ability to have a touch screen and the folding screen feature to make it like a tablet. Will be great for online teaching if we have to return to it...ugh.

Very vivid screen... Bill quality is superb. I purchased this item in the low $400 range I cannot complain.

So far, I'm liking this. The screen is nice and larger than my 14" that I use for work. I like that i can connect my phone to the laptop as well and access all my pictures. It's fast and is sleek looking. I will say it's slightly heavier than most laptops I've had. The keyboard is harder to see, as I've read in other reviews, but there are key covers that you can buy to be able to see the keys better. The new OS gets some taking used to as the task bar is horizontal to the screen not vertical. I will be using it for my graduate program. This is just fine for my needs.

This is the perfect laptop for personal or business. It’s just the right size and allows you to open several windows at one time. It is very fast with beautiful screen color. It has just enough memory.

Laptop works great. Only issue is once every blue moon it will run a little slow but is not super often. Other than that I love it.

Laptop is fast, easy to use and does everything that I need. The lit keyboard makes it hard to see the letters but I turn the light off and then it’s perfect.

The Dell Inspiron 2-in-1 was my second choice strictly on pricing. By originally buying an ASUS that spec'ed out nearly as good, I made a terrible mistake as that one gave me so much grief by losing audio output that I wish I had opted for the Dell from the beginning. The Dell has a great screen, a better keyboard and is really fast. Once I get over the step from Win 7 t0 Win 10, I think I will be very happy with it. The resident Dell optimization software has helped the transition quite a bit. I would quickly recommend this laptop to anyone interested in the 2-in-1 format.

Purchased this for my wife, it is a fast a simple system. She mostly uses Google Chrome and has many windows open at a time, this machine handled it well. it seems the Optane memory really helps with multiple Chrome tabs. Our only complaint was the silver keys with white letters. The back ground lighting was not strong enough to help see the keys when it was daylight. We ended up returning the silver Inspiron and bought a black one with keys that are very easy to see.

We got a good price on this computer because it was open box. For just home use it’s a good computer, it’s fast and does what I need at home.

Pc is fast with good size memory and hdd. The touch screen feature is a plus. Also the tablet feature is great. Will definitely buy again or upgrade to the next model in line after this one.

Good computer for a good price. Was told could not get extended warranty through Dell only Geek Squad - was not true ! Let Dell know what I was told.

For one I bought this when it was on sale and also open box. I will say open box is just an excellent option because it's basically from people who had buyer's remorse and return something. There was no damage to the computer and if it had been used I wouldn't know it was wipped clean. Now for the computer itself it is super fast, the graphics are crisp I will say I probably didn't need it convertible because I typically use it as a laptop. Because it's 15 in it's really big using it as a tablet. so far no complaints I think it's a great computer! I was looking for certain things in a computer one being a numeric keyboard and two being a backlit keyboard and neither one disappoints!!

Great laptop!!! I use it for school and it really has helped me with all my work such as grading papers and google classroom to set up assignments. Great computer!!

Super helpful when needed. Fortunately the Geek Squad services were not needed during my coverage plan. Will be looking for an extension if possible.
