Best Buy is great! Great service, selection, and prices. We are very happy with the Dell-Inspiron 7000 Touchscreen Laptop, easy to use and has everything we were looking for in a laptop.

Love the Touchscreen, 15.6" FHD screen size and lighted keyboard. Intel iRiSx graphics, 11th generation Intel i5 Core, and 12GB RAM make this a powerful tool for just about any user.

Super fast and easy to use. Touch screen took a little bit to get use too, it’s my first, but I love its versatility. No complaints so far and Best Buy made it easy with curbside pickup.

I bought this for my college student daughter. She's had it for 2 years and uses it regularly. Still no problems at all. Highly recommended

Solid laptop. I5 processor provides I7 performace of a few generations back. Price was very reasonable. Good job and what I expect from del.

I love this laptop. It was so easy to set up. You have the option of fingerprint log in or iris scan but I chose the pin. It's light weight and sit very comfortably on my lap.

The speed of this computer is amazing. The downside of it is Windows 11. Great screen and light weight.

Light weight. Easy to use. Appreciate that the on/off button is not in the same locale as the plug-in slot for the battery charger. The two being in the same area resulted in damage to my last computer (overheating of an internal wire) that was not cost effective to repair. Came loaded with the necessary software to do the instructional design assignments for my master-level college courses.

Great price point for the features that it has and the performance is very good. Great battery life and exceptional quality.

Faster than old HP we had, love the HD screen too. The 2 in 1 option is nice when watching a movie or TV show. Also 1st touch screen we have had, works well.

I love the touch screen feature! this laptop is the "bomb" in the parlance of yesteryear. great battery life and does not get too hot.

Overall quite fast. Geek Squad assisted with set up. Moved my files and all there. Only issue was with Office 365 pre loaded. This conflicts with any previous Office version and once the 30 period ends it won’t let you use. Had to contact MS and guy figured out the conflict uninstalled 365 and my PK perfectly. Nice laptop sleek design perfect size screen. No built ins though. Must purchase external DVD drive to load any disc software.

Love how fast it works and the light up keyboard amazing picture screen and I love that its touch. I’m usually an HP girl but Dell is great so far.

Dell has always been my go to but this laptop is TERRIBLE. It was having problems prior to warranty and I am struggling to understand how Best Buy sells a "Windows 11" Pc that has other operating sytems on them and that I will not figure this out. When paying nearly $1000.00 I expect the newest and latest not the refurbished or last years updated.

GREAT SO FAR! EASY TO USE AND LIGHT WEIGHT! I ALSO LOVE DELL. MY 2008 DELL LAPTOP STILL WORK ITS JUST VERY SLOW... SO THIS IS DEFINITELY FASTER!
