One of the best laptops I’ve ever used. Just exchanged a Microsoft surface with battery issues for this Dell Inspiron after my HP Pavillion screen broke from it’s hinges, and must say, the quality of this Dell is far superior to any I have tried, and I have tried them all. Solid and sturdy, fast and responsive, and fires up in the morning in 30 seconds. No waiting for updates, and for it to make itself a cup of coffee, as so many computers take minutes to boot up. Highly recommend this Dell Inspiron.

I am very pleased with the performance of this laptop/tablet. It took me a little bit to get use to the difference in the programs that are loaded on it. I was use to Google Chrome for my internet browser but it has Microsoft Edge. I am happy with the size of the screen and how it is able to use Cricut app on it. I have found that I do have a problem getting my printer to connect with it but that could just be that I don't know how to get it to work together.

Love this laptop so far, I've had it for about 3 weeks. It runs fast the brightness of the screen is just perfect I usually have it set up to the dimmest setting. the brightness of the keyboard is light if in an already bright but in a dark room it's good enough. The whole update did not take as long as the Lenovo I had. the touch screen is good, I bought a pen to use for when I do touch writing, and it responses well. It does also have a little bit of weight to it.

I like that it has a digital drive and it's very fast compared to my old HP. It's sleek and the 2-in-1 tablet conversion is handy. Only one speaker jack on the right side of keyboard. It means having wires run across my entire desk to the sub-woofer. My others spk jacks have been on the left. The GEEK Squad set it up and I am grateful, but I don't know how to do those things a new computer leads you thru for setup...e.g. my name instead of Owner, the administrator etc.

Great laptop, it feels like it is made of very good quality material and sturdy too. The keyboard remains cold to the touch even after typing for a while which I really like. The colors are crisp and resolution is really good. Only downside is it is a bit heavy but most Dell products are so I'm not too surprised. Overall it's a strong little laptop and can get a lot done.

I am very satisfied with my purchase and would purchase it again. It has everything I needed and I got a pretty good bargain for it. I searched and compared other laptops over several weeks and did not expect to find everything I was looking for in a laptop. I was prepared to settle for less than what I wanted. The only issue is the keyboard lights but that’s a small disadvantage in my opinion. It has the speed, storage and features I wanted.

Battery life is good but not great. Definitely fast. A great lightweight laptop.

I was looking for a 2 in 1 laptop with a larger touch screen and SSD. Found this open-box Dell Inspiron7000. It really is a great laptop for everyday use like MS apps, web apps, streaming video/audio and more. It had everything I was looking for plus an Intel processor. One complaint, the fingerprint touch button for logging into laptop works 50%. Not a big issue but would have been nice if it consistently worked. Overall its a nice 2 in 1 for the price.

Easy to use. Light weight makes it easy to carry or comfortable to use on your lap.

Great speed, size, weight, take it from a nerd. Its a good deal.
