Item as described, as I purchased an open box/clearance item The ballerina function to the touch screen. I love these features. I seen a lot of customers complaining about the light behind the keys not being visible in certain light, but turning off the light is the quickest/ easiest solution to that issue.

Nice and fast, love the touchscreen. The backlit keyboard is not for hunt and peck typists as the the pale blue light thru silver keys is nearly impossible to see on a bright day. Nice that Dell still give you a traditional number keypad. Beautiful display and lots of secure log in options. I use a wireless mouse as I find the touchpad a bit too touchy for my taste.

I'm happy with my purchase. I was looking for fast laptop with reasonable price , which Dell offers it with this model. Material of the laptop looks solid and light-weight , which looks durable if you want to use laptop as tablet. One complain that I had is the price that , there was a deal came out just after i purchased it , which I couldn't take advantage over that price, it was about $80-90 worth deal. But overall , it is a reliable laptop.

Very nice laptop...wife loves it...seems to meet her needs. Very fast...great resolution...easy to operate.

Purchased a Dell Inspirion 15.6 laptop to replace my old Dell Insprion 17" laptop that was 10+ years old. Very easy to setup. No issues getting it to operate. Love the speed and ease in using new Dell laptop. Only issue is that i purchased a silver model, which is very difficult to see the keyboard letters. Should have purchased a Dell with black keyboard tray.

I'm 100% satisfied with the purchase of this Dell Inspiron-7000 2-in-1 15.6 touchscreen laptop. It's exactly what my daughter who is a senior and will be graduating in May.(Class of 2021) She needed a new laptop for college and asked for it. She is so happy about the HD touchscreen, says its picture is amazing. She also thought the fingerprint unlock was super cool. Thanks Best Buy for all your help and your fantastic customer service!!!!

So Far love this computer just getting into though I definitely look forward to testing its limits. Work as well as the Lenovo yoga I used which they did not have in stock. I give props to I believe Fred he was very knowledgeable and even entertained my questioning. Great Computer and Experience.

My first computer and after to 2 years works perfectly and the battery is great !

This review would have probably been a 5 except for the fact that I had to drive to Bloomington, Indiana to pick it up because after the rep at the Avon Best Buy sold me this computer he then announced that there were none available anywhere closer. Since I needed this PC for work Monday morning (purchased it on Saturday in store) that was the only way I would get it on time. The PC I came in to look at originally was all plastic which wasn't going to work for me and the other alternatives were all much more expensive. The only negative so far with the computer is that the back lighting on the silver keyboard isn't very helpful except in low light conditions. Would have preferred to have a black keyboard but that is a minor issue. The only other issue is that even with the internal speaker turned up to max it is still very difficult to hear people with softer voices...guess that is due to the extremely thin nature of the new style PC's so I also have to purchase an external speaker not the best.

Ok, I’ve bought many Dell computers over the years and for the most part have always been satisfied. With this latest purchase however, not so much. Bought this laptop December 2021 so it’s less than 2 years old. Recently every time the laptop does a windows update when it reboots it sticks on the Logo screen and never even tries to load Windows. The only way to get it off the Logo is to unplug it, wait for the battery to run dead which l, obviously, forces the laptop to shut down. After this it will turn boot normally, for a few days until windows tries to install the updates again. Then back to the Logo screen. Not Best Buts fault but that’s where I purchased this Laptop. Seems like an issue with many Dell computers lately as I look on their forums. Time to find a new computer manufacturer to purchase from.

This review is after having the device for 5 days. I do enjoy the speed and ease of use this device provides. I am giving it a 4 and possibly returning it because of the noise. From day 1 the fan begins to blow shortly after getting online. Today there was a buzzing sound. This might not bother some, but I find it distracting. I also wonder if the fan cooling being triggered so often is a sign for things to come later regarding overheating. Checking to see if other reviewers had the same concern.
