They do lack ports to connect to external devices but with USB-C docks they work great in the office and wifi access handles outside use. The tablet function is a huge plus when you flip the screen. Users were not expecting to be able to have a laptop and tablet in one. I've gotten a ton of brownie points. :)

I love this laptop!

Started with a defect, then one with no battery, and the third one I just didn’t like. This is my fourth one. And I’m so glad I didn’t settle because this laptop is a dream come true! I’m in love with it. And I’ve never been happier. The Best Buy team in West Mifflin were so kind and wonderful and helped me so much even with all the problems they still held such a professional and caring attitude and I needed that. Thank you for everything!

Starts up really fast. It probably should have something more grippy on the bottom, as it slides a little when on a hard surface. But has a nice big display, decent graphics, and seems to run well even with lots of tabs open.
