There has been no overheating (of which I'm aware), and everything seems to work well and quickly for all that I'm doing. That noted, I've only had it for a few weeks. If I run into any substantial issues, I'll be forward to update the review.

Hard choice

And it was more then I wanted to spend, but honestly I would make the purchase again. I love this laptop.

Dell is okay for me

Features I don't like

If you lift the lid a little bit to stick a paper inside computer to do something with later, when you come back the next day to do it, you find out the computer turned on and is now dead or low battery. 2--On emails it's sometimes hard to click on what you want. You get pop-ups with a bunch of gobble gook. More like programming info. Annoying to get the pop ups all the time. 3--Don't like having info pop up in bottom right corner to tell me I have emails. Not necessary. 4--I don't know if I would recommend this computer or not. So I chose no. If you don't mind these and probably other annoying features, then it's not a bad computer.

When I received the item was labeled as "Satisfactory." Luckily the small dent wasn't a deal breaker.

There were some initial issues with some hardware drivers that were causing Windows crashes but once that was resolved, they have been running well.
