I like the keyboard layout, with the numbers on the right as well. I do not use the fingerprint option to sign on as I have very little fingerprint left at this point. The screen is the right size. 15.6'', plenty room to work with a split screen which is what I need for my work. It is fast. I don't game so I don't know much about that. I had looked at a HP Envy 360 which is very similar but it had less 4gb les RAM was was about $200 more. I am very happy with my choice. Reviews had said that Dell has better Customer Service, I hope I don't need anything but if I do, I will update my review.

It has great display, good speed and fits my needs great. Things to improve.. price..lol the key board is hard to see during the day because the letters/numbers are so light in color

Great so far bought it to use at home only, speakers are OK not the best but OK, screen resolution is great, touch screen great, finger print works 50% of the time, battery life is short like two hours using it, and is very fast.

This has been a great and reliable computer. The negative thing about it is the keyboard is hard to see it does not light up very well.

I was reluctant against this purchase initially but now I know that I made the best Buy. I Love my Computer because of the Price, It is a Dell, Touch Tone Screen and the easy ability to operate.

I purchased this laptop for schooll as my other one gave out on me. This is a wonderful laptop and I love it!! It is very fast and the look of it it is beautiful. It is very light for its size.

So far so good! I am really enjoying my new Dell laptops. It’s fast and efficient. The keys are taking a bit of getting used to but I’m getting there. The keys are a little closer together than my previous laptop and they’re also pretty sensitive. I think for someone with large hands it could be an issue. I do like having the numbers pad to the right of the keys vs just along the top. I am pleased to have a good deal of memory and the latest software which makes life easier. So far - I am very pleased. Geek Squad set up was perfect. - fast, courteous, and efficient service.

This isn’t my first Dell laptop and I’m impressed with it so far it’s very fast and light. It’s easy to use switching from my HP was a breeze. Have used it for zoom meetings and the camera quality is great.

Needed a light weight computer for Travel with large screen. This unit easily fits in a sleeve and my backpack! Great features m 2 in 1 , i7 and lots of memory. Fast computer

I have been very satisfied with this computer. It is light weight for easy travel, plenty of RAM, and enough storage on the SSD. The screen is easy to see and very clear. My one and only complaint is with the silver color, it is hard to see the letters/numbers on the keyboard if the lights are on during the day. Turning the lights off makes the keys easier to see, but still not great. A darker colored computer, such as dark grey or black would be better.

I am still getting used to the new laptop. I like the sleekness of the newer model. There are some differences compared to the older keyboard, so I am having to be careful where I place my fingers especially my right hand. There is so much more to this newer laptop than my older one, and it is still a learning process for me. I wasn't sure I would like the touch screen, but after the first day I decided that I am glad it did have it. I was afraid it would have fingerprints everywhere, but so far it has stayed very clean, much more than my cell phome.

Good price for the features: 16GB memory, 512GB SSD disk, 32GB Optane, touch screen, and lite weight. A just a very few third-party software packages! I would recommend this system.

Love this laptop. Runs quick, great display, very light and has plenty of space. I was leary on getting a Dell, however once again Dell did not disappoint!

This laptop is great - it's fast for what I do which is mostly office and admin work with some graphic design/layout. I like the memory upgrade from my last laptop which always seemed to be on the verge of overrunning it's memory no matter what I tried to get rid of to save space. No worries in that department with this one. It is comfortable to use and starts up fast. I have watched movies on it and the display is nice and the sound quality is good.

Easy to set up and navigate through system. Light weight. Numeric pad is quite useful. Good screen size. User friendly system.

This is a great laptop. It is fast, easy to use and I love the tent feature. I have been doing several in line courses and this laptop has been perfect!

Purchased laptop to take to meetings, ZOOM meetings at home, burning DVDs of home movies from VCR tapes. This laptop provided enough processor speed and RAM to perform these tasks, without spending a lot more money. Purchased external DVD±RW/CD-RW drive for reading and writing DVDs and CDs. For ZOOM meetings, my wife’s iPad has a more stable wi-fi connection. Not sure why there is a difference. Laptop has worked fairly well, so far. Very easy to use.

Very happy with this Dell laptop. It's light weight, fast and looks very nice. Large screen with good color. Easy purchase with curb side pickup.
