This Dell doesn’t disappoint you and speed is surprisingly fast. Touch screen is responsive with a clear view and color is fine and what one would expect for this FHD model. Set up is extremely easy and wi-fi works fine for streaming and videos, watched the ball drop for New Year’s Eve, our modem went down and this laptop was easy to log into the available nearby hotspot. I got this in excellent condition with no missing parts or papers For under $920 before tax, great value. Open box sales are your “Best Buy” with peace of mind value!!

This laptop came highly recommended by the employee after he listened to my description of what I use my laptop for today and what I needed in my new laptop. It is everything promised. The speed, image, keyboard and touchscreen make using this equipment both enjoyable and productive. There was no period of disruption since the laptop offers intuitive functionality and I could easily understand its features.

The Dell laptop 7000 has been great. It does everything that I hoped it would do. It is reliable and fast. The video images on the screen are amazing. There is plenty of speed and plenty of storage. It should last me for many years. I appreciate Best Buy and the service that I received. It was one of the employees who recommended that particular computer. The Geek Squad got it ready for me to take home in a day or two. It is, by far, the best laptop that I have ever purchased.

I've been really happy with my Dell Inspiron, bought about 8 months ago. It doesn't freeze, like my previous computer, has a nice screen size and a decent battery life. This is important for someone like me who (at least pre-COVID) traveled a lot. It also holds up well when I take it into the field - meaning I take it way outside of urban areas on really bad roads.

Work good and faster light to take outside and very slim in design

This laptop looks fabulous in silver color. It is fast and performant, and didn't face any issues using it with medium usage. With Optane, accessing previously used apps is super quick and saves time. The speaker quality is above average although I felt the speaker is better in the 1TB version of this device. Display is good, but it would have been better if the device came with a pen/stylus.

This laptop has been an excellent machine. I have had it for 2 years now. I have not had any issues or concerns with it. I use it daily for home and business use. I am also glad i put Geek Squad coverage to give me even more peace of mind. Great value and great performance.

Great laptop when it's time for an upgrade. Fast with tons of memory. Just starting to use the 2-in-1 feature. Kind of a pain that I had to find and download two software to get the sound from screeching static noise. Keys are hard to see in daylight, but nice that they are backlit for other light conditions

Easy to setup and use. Touchscreen is incredibly responsive and device maintains its battery life. Find that I sometimes need to touch the fingerprint scanner multiple times to be recognized.

This laptop is pretty fast and reliable. The colors are outstanding there's really only one thing I do not like about it. The fact its hard to see the keyboard in silver. Wish I would of got black otherwise this machine is awesome.

I bought the Dell laptop to use with our plasma cutting table. It has been a lifesaver! It works great with all the software that we have used and has made it so easy to use our table.
