I bought this laptop to replace another one that was getting too old. I am very impressed. I use this laptop for programming and research and it has not disappointed me. It is very fast and quiet. It is also light which is nice for carrying it around. I am very happy with my purchase.

Love the speed of this laptop. It was very easy to set up -- the first time ever doing this by myself and was able to sync it with two other devices! We worked well together. I've been a consistent Dell user for at least 20 years. Love their product and would recommend it to others.

The laptop I purchased was very easy to set up, even for a non-geek like me. It has plenty of links to sites that clearly explain how to do the basics. The speed is sooo much faster than my previous laptop.

Has a Numpad, which is hard to find in quality laptops now adays. Comes loaded with bloatware, but easy enough to uninstall. Good SSD size, decent CPU speeds, decent amount of ram. Battery life seems great so far. Really can't go wrong with this.

This is a great, fast computer and we haven't had any issues with it! It is lightweight and I love that it has the number track pad, as we use it frequently. It is sleek and we use it for our small business.

So I have not bought a computer in quite some so i wanted something that would last so the I seven processor was a prerequisite along with 16 gigs of RAM having said that this is a great computer it’s super fast and it works really well with my CAD program!

I really don't have any major complaints at this time about this laptop, considering that I have only had it for a short time. So this product review is not based on longevity. Overall it is a good product, the speed and graphics are good. Start-ups is reasonable fast, the touch screen works ok and the mouse pad is fine. The only complaint that I have is the sound/volume. Even with the volume maxed, the sound isn't very loud and I think that some of the issue may be the physical location of the speakers themselves. Other than that, this laptop is above average and I would recommend it.

First new laptop I have bought in 10 years and I am beyond happy with it. Amazing speed and the touch screen 2 in 1 is extremely useful. Only downside is the lack of CD drive, but that seems to be going away with all new laptops.

I really like the new Dell laptop. Nice look, long battery life and lightweight. Just now getting everything over from my other laptop so I can fully enjoy it.

I got this Dell after returning 2 similar models of another brand that both had the same manufacturer issue, so this was not my first pick, But the bar was lowered quite a bit as I am just happy that it turns on each time I ask it to! The fingerprint feature has not worked for me even though I have reset it a couple times. Otherwise, the storage and graphics are very adequate for my home use. Works good for Zoom meetings and as an i7 I can see up to 49 videos on my external screen which is really nice. Set up was easy, but I've gotten pretty good at that as this is my third time in 2 months to do so.

I love this computer. It is a great size and weight. I love the flexibility of having the touch screen and tablet mode. The keyboard is back lit and easy to navigate. I would definitely buy this computer again.

Purchase 2 of these laptops for our company and they have worked out great. These are powerful laptops that you can run QuickBooks and a lot of construction software's.

my wife needed a new computer. and she loves Dell. this was a great choice on size, weight and as a bonus, it is a touch screen 2-in-1. she is so happy with it.

Over all, this is a great computer. This is my first new computer. My Son-in-law had always built my computers and loaded everything on it so that it worked just like I needed it to from the very beginning. I knew/know nothing about a cloud or what a cloud does. I'm used to saving things on my desktop. I think I'm doing both now. That is my problem, not the computer's problem. I do not like that the keys are backlit. I would prefer that they are dark enough to be seen. Unless the light is on, it is very hard to see the keys.

Finally needed a new laptop. I really like it so far. Just remember to update windows. I forgot and the screen was getting blurry until I updated everything. It’s light weight and the screen is the perfect size.

Thus is an excellent laptop. Easy to use and travel friendly. Only drawback is keys are silver which can be difficult to see in daylight.

if you are thinking of purchasing any laptop, make sure you get tee geek squad for 3 year i crack my screen twice and they pay to fix it under warranty

This is a great computer - it is thin and light weight and fast - I use it for genealogy and personal photos and family history and it is great.

Bought two of these for business use. Very nice looking computers and solid build quality. I like the all metal construction, makes it feel much more sturdy and premium. Only real issue I have with it which many others of mentioned is the keyboard. If you have the keyboard back light on during the day or in a bright room it's very hard to read the keys so I keep it off most of the time. No real need for a backlit keyboard when it's bright anyway. It's easy to see in the dark when it's needed.

This has been one of the best laptops, I've ever owned. I run multiple graphic programs at once with no issues.
