Great laptop when it comes to portability and versatility. Processor speed is up to snuff as I like to maintain several tabs open for work. The in-house camera isn't great though. I had to buy an external webcam to have a professional image for work meetings.

Nice, quality laptop. Only issue is that because the keyboard is lit up, when it is dusk you still can't see the letters very well. Also, edges of the computer are sharp and not comfortable to have on your lap.

I've had my new Dell for about a month. Still getting used to the features, but so far I've been pleased. The screen images are sharp and clear, and it's quiet. The Geek Squad was amazing - TotalTech is worth it if you don't want to try to transfer all your programs and data yourself.

This is a good product. The fingerprint recognition can be frustrating, and the laptop is overly sensitive to zooming when it is not desired - almost too many features that detract rather than assist. Screen quality is good. Portability is excellent.

I bought this laptop open box, I thought there was issues with laptop because the screen kept going on and off, after some research and software updates from windows, the problem went and I have 6 months of use without issue, the laptop is quick, efficient, and serves my lifestyle needs.

The laptop runs well, nice and cool but the only complaint I have is the keys are hard to see when the backlight is on. Turning off the backlight is easy enough to do and makes the keys much easier to see if you need to see them.

It meets expectations and does what it's supposed to do. I took off a star because the fingerprint sensor is placed in a bad location on the keyboard and it often takes multiple attempts to recognize my fingerprint.

Very good laptop is great looking, also performance wise is very fast the wifi is great and the screen is very sharp we like this computer, the only thing I would ask is to have windows pro installed I can buy it later no problem I would recommend this laptop and the price was very good too

I bought the dale because it had enough storage and it was had a high speed but what I don’t like about it is is I use Google and windows is constantly fighting Overturf with Google on the computer if I don’t you know sign up for windows then they keep you know they’ve got it programmed where it keeps hitting it all the time and then if you sign up for them then they want you to do all of it and it’s just not enough room in the computer I don’t think to have windows and Google in the same laptop so that’s a problem and then you download something and then you don’t know if it goes to Windows or if it goes to Google and how you get two sets of software so what are you do

Good for daily use. When doing some heavy memory-intensive work, starts heating up. Runs better when Optane memory is turned off. Had to look it up to how to do it.

The keyboard is a little noisier than what it seems and the finger identification is super touchy. Besides that, computer is great! The 2 in 1 feature is amazing and I love how the keyboard is elevated for ergonomic purposes.

This is a pretty good laptop. Fits all the top specs and the screen isn't just FHD but has 400 nits so watching movies etc is nice. I don't like the raised ledge at the bottom, although it does help with air circulation. If you work with laptop on your lap it cuts into your skin. I found that I needed a smaller size, and lighter laptop as I travel quite a bit. I wasnt' a huge fan of the speakers, and wanted a laptop that having headphones wasnt required if watching a movie or on a zoom call. If you don't mind the aforementioned, I think it's a good purchase.

Excellent laptop. The SSD is fast. Dells battery optimization really boosts performance and conserves battery at the same time. Highly recommended for work and college requirements.

Good computer love the touchscreen features. Pretty reliable but beware once updated to Windows 11 the speed slows considerably

Very happy with my Dell Inspiron. Computing power, monitor size and storage space are all exactly what I was looking for in a new laptop. Office 365 was super easy to get running with also. Very satisfied with my purchase.

can't see the keyboard lettering while the device is on a flat surface. That is a major pain! Other than that, the device works pretty well even though it is kinda heavy,

I love my new computer! Is super easy to use, great quality and pretty good looking. My only concern is that the fingerprint reader doesn't work for me every time, so I have to put my 4 numbers passcode to logging in, which is not a big deal.

It takes ten years to come on and is hypersensitive. The speakers are very low. It's sad I have to attach speakers to hear shows.
