Bought this for school because my Mac was out of date. Easy to switch over and easy to use. Love the touchscreen and 2-in-1 concept. Very thin. Highly recommend this computer!!

I love this computer the picture is crisp, it turns on in less than two seconds, it's lightweight, the keypad touch is responsive and again just love the 4k clarity.

Got this for going to school. Pretty light weight so doesn't weigh down the backpack terribly. Love the pen! Beautiful screen, good sound, mostly comfortable keyboard.

I was looking to upgrade from my old cpu that couldn't handle multiple processes and programs so I went with the 16GB RAM. It has not disappointed! The user interface is friendly, and the versatility of the laptop is unparalleled. I own a Surface, but this laptop is ahead. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for! 4 stars because of the price.

The 512GB Solid State Drive makes it a fast boot and fast on programs. I have a Netgear 6400 router and Charter internet. My desktop Dell and old Lenovo laptop were getting 116 download speeds, but the new laptop was only getting 32 until I did a reset of the wi-fi in the settings menu. Then there it was at 116 speed down and 11 upload speed. I loved Windows 7 and am just figuring out Windows 10. When you open the box there are no instructions except how to plug it in. Then when you turn it on, the computer walks you though registering with Microsoft and Dell. So far I think I am going to really like it.

4k screen is very clear and games run very well with a good frame rate. Lots of storage and even a little bonus is it comes with a pen. Cant ask for much more.

This laptop has performed very well over the last 30 days with one exception. Dell is replacing the battery. I've reviewed this issue online and don't see it as a regular problem. I guess I'm just not lucky. These things happen, so other than the battery issue, the laptop is very efficient, quick and performs outstanding. I have a Dell premium plus warranty which I do recommend, cause you never know what might happen.

This computer is a great tool for working or leisure. It is a joy to work on and I have had no problems with it. I like the touch screen and the flip screen.

Good for day to day work. Touchscreen is great to stream movies.

I wouldn't recommend this computer to a software development major nor a cyber security student. This laptop is very slick look but wouldn't consider it the best laptop. The pen that comes with it is little confusing to use esp when it doesn't come calibrated. The screen seems to be a little flimsy. I purchased this laptop and the next day there was a virus on it that blocked me from accessing my files.

Let’s me do everything I need for work. It’s fast. Speakers aren’t anything to write home about, but usually have my external speaker hooked up anyways.

I wanted a laptop with great video and speed. I am very happy with the performance and the quality. It is very fast and Windows 10 is so easy to use.

Got it open box and for an amazing price. It's got all I want in a laptop and the pen is pretty handy as well. Definitely worth every penny.

The quality of this laptop is awesome. This is my first dell and i am so happy to have it. The flexibility is beyond my expectations. At first i find it hard to find the on button and thanks to the help of the bestbuy guy and i finally find it. It's just on the topmost part on the right side of the laptop- the one that is unmarked. Hope it will last longer. But overall, it's a very good laptop for me.

i couldn't be happier after I've been looking for a while something with all these features, Dell computers are heavy duty they last a long time.

only heats up a bit. rest it is the best product. leaving the heating it is perfect
