It's been very hard to find a 2-in-1 laptop, with a built in stylus holder and included stylus as well. In addition it has a 4K 15' touch screen on thin bezels. Supports MS Hello and has a fingerprint scanner. All this in a 4lb laptop. Great for using apps on the Microsoft Store as a tablet. Doesn't support video HDR. It's also unusual that it did not have a Microsoft Office trial included.

Working as expected. Highly recommend the 4K screen - it makes a difference. Fast as expected. Keyboard has the right size of buttons. Meets my standard.

Great laptop/tablet combo! Love the lighted keyboard and the touchscreen. Came with its own stylus, rechargeable in the laptop. Wish it had a couple of USB-A ports and an Ethernet port but I bought an item that plugs into the USB-C port and has the Ethernet port, 3 USB-A ports, an HDMI port, another USB-C port, and 2 different memory card ports. And I forgot to mention the 4K video screen. Very happy with my purchase!!

Pros: Phenomenal 4K screen, just shy of MacBook Pro. Text is very sharp. Videos look good. Decent build quality. Lightweight for a 15 inch laptop. Intel i7 11th generation chip is super fast. Nothing lags. Very spacious and fast SSD hard drive Good mix of USB-C and legacy USB-A ports and HDMI make it more practical than the Dell XPS Much less expensive than Dell XPS or 16 inch MacBook Pro Cons: Runs super hot if stressed even slightly. Dell power management app cannot compensate for poor thermals and single fan. The fan itself is quite noisy. Keyboard has enter key that is squishy (not quite same quality as MacBook) Would have preferred an NVIDIA graphics card rather than XeMax

Expensive but can handle all the performance demands for GIS and dynamic mapping.

Fast and efficient only downside is battery died in about 2-3 hours

Prior to deciding on this computer I had already returned 2 other laptops for various issues/reasons (one HP and one Macbook Pro). So glad I didn't settle, and waited to find just the right laptop!!! This is a winner. Granted, I've only had it approx. 2 weeks, but I'm loving this laptop!!! I knew within hours the other 2 laptops were not going to work for me. Plus, this one came with an added bonus when unboxing this laptop. There was a nice little surprise, all neatly packaged.....it was a stylus for the touch screen. A very nice stylus I might add!!! I never saw the stylus when shopping in-store; but, even if I had I probably would have assumed it was available at an extra cost. Truthfully, I don't see how you can go wrong with this little gem. It has great memory, great screen resolution (4K equipped), backlit keyboard, and lots of other great features.

Good balance of price and performance. Very happy with ease of setup and startup speed. With 16GB memory and 1TB very fast hard drive should last a long time.

Great for a school and work labtop thecscreen with pin is also good for art.

I got this for my hubby’s 40 wedding anniversary, he is not too tech savvy but I still wanted him to have an updated lap top. I love the touch screen as well as the built in stylus. It’s nice and fast, doesn’t get hot and very slim. He is over the moon about it after getting his info transferred from the old laptop to this one. Actually got jealous setting it up and wished I had gotten it for myself. I plan on getting a dvd drive so he can watch DVD’s.

This is a very nice 2-1 unit. It has a great picture and sound quality. This model has a lot of memory and is very fast reacting. Because of the 2-1 feature it can be used as a laptop or like a tablet. It only has a few USB ports so you may need an USB extension cord. It's not the lightest laptop but for the features and port access the little extra weight doesn't really matter for my use.

this is the best laptop i have ever purchased, I work from home as an independent accountant and processing speeds as well as ample memory and transferability from location to location to clients are features I must have. This computer has all that. In addition to a screen that converts to touch and can also flip to tablet mode with a s-pen! Get this one you wont be disappointed.

Although I’ve never been a “Dell Guy” before, this one has the power (Icore7) and storage (1tb SSD) I was looking for. 16g of ram is fine, although I would have liked more. Only thing I don’t like is graphics card not upgradeable, but I’m not a gamer or picture/video editor so not that big of a deal. So far it’s been a great laptop.

Really good laptop. Have only 2 minor issues—screen is too reflective and the battery gets hot and causes fan to run almost continually. I fixed the fan issue by adhering felt “feet” that raises the bottom enough for heat to escape. No fix for reflection yet.

Laptop performs well. Great as a workstation and runs all programs flawlessly.

Best laptop that I ever own, but had a hard time with the pen for the tablet mode.

No performance issues so far. Quick boot up and cpu processes multi tasking with no problems. Display hinge took some time to get use to since the bottom of display edge raises laptop base. 4 stars due to obe of the two small anti-skid rubber pads broke off of display bottom
