Ordered online and free delivery to my home. Packed and shipped safely with a door bell when it arrived. I am blown away by the difference from my old HP laptop to my new Dell 7000-lighter weight, brighter and bigger screen for my weary older eyes to see and use. Set up was an easily done as soon as it was out of the box. I am learning new things everyday as I use my new computer. Thanks.

Bought this to replace another inspiron that I had dropped and wrecked the screen. I'm very impressed by the new screen. My previous dell was only about 15 months old and this display still blew me away. I'm a light user, so the memory, storage and speed is more than enough for me. I bought an open-box model so was a little concerned, but this seems completely brand new to me. Only downgrade is that the speaker volume is not loud (which seems to be a common problem with dells based on internet research) and can be very scratchy at top volume. I didn't think that would ever be a problem with a laptop in 2021 so I didn't think to research that. Everything else about this laptop has been very good or better.

I love the laptop and its fast and smooth and light. I was disappointed because the specs say that it has active pen support but it does not. I cant fault the computer for not having something,but i wish the spec sheet would be updated for future customers.

It's been a real good computer, I wasn't sure the 8gb of RAM was going to be enough, but honestly it does everything I've needed, and it's fast. The crazy fast startup with the SSD is a pretty nice feature, I've never had anything with a SSD before. So for doing spreadsheets, surfing the internet, watching videos, it's more than adequate. It was a little pricey I thought, but I really wanted the 17" screen, I'm assuming that's what drove the cost up.

The Dell- Inspiron 7000 2-in-1 with the 17" screen is amazing. Admittedly, it is my first new computer in a decade so a lot has happened during those 10 years. I guess what is really amazing is the speed, my last computer was top of the line, 10 years ago, tons of storage, and fast, 10 years ago, the SSD makes all the difference in the world. The screen resolution is beautiful, can't say enough about it, Luv it

I've had the 7706 for a month now and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. It's quiet, fast, and the screen looks great. It's a solid performer for anyone looking for an everyday use laptop. As mentioned in other comments, the backlit keyboard can be difficult to read in certain lighting. Turning off the backlight solves this problem. Beyond that, no complaints.

I love this laptop. Especially taller screen ratio. It's very fast. good Xe graphics. long battery life for a 17" model. The only thing I'd change is a black keyboard for better contrast than silver on grey or white(with back light)

Excellent laptop. The screen brightness and clarity are outstanding. I have connected my second monitor with QHD (2560 x 1440) resolution, and the internal graphics card supports it well (using the USB-C cable that came with the package). The processing speed and start-up/shut-down times are excellent. I purchased the 8GB RAM model, and later upgraded myself to 16GB RAM (single stick) because I use this laptop for software development. Only downside I see is that the keyboard keys are hard to read because the contrast between the key background color and the text color is insufficient. I touch-type, so it's not a big deal for me, but someone that looks at the keys before typing may find it difficult. Highly recommended. Well worth the price!

This is a great laptop computer....i have no complaints whatsoever! I got a really good buy on it also and my laptop was delivered exactly when they told me it would! I would definitely recommend this laptop...i love it!!!

The recommendation from Best Buy given my requisites. I needed a machine quickly, with a large monitor that was quick. This fit the bill nicely. I enjoy the visual size and it's not terribly heavy, given that it's bigger than my previous machine. This, in combination with the stellar actions by the Geek Squad on my old dead hard drive, leave me very happy.

A quick machine for an excellent deal. The silver body looks very nice in person and a 17 inch QHD+ screen!? Wow!

I am very happy with my new Dell Inspiron touch screen laptop. It is very easy to you and navigate around. The screen is big and bright to be seen really good for those of us that has a hard time seeing smaller screens. Oh did I mention that the keys light up for night time use. The Best Buy of 2021 from Best Buy! I definitely recommend this product!

Great display, good sound, easy functionality, has all necessary ports. Poor contrast on keyboard makes it difficult to see in low light. Overall, a good solid product.

Overall I am pleased with this pc. I don't like the keyboard as it is too sensitive and I type unwanted characters. The keyboard is very difficult to see as the characters blend in with the background of the keys. The characters are easy to see in a darkened room but I don't usually work in the dark. The finger print log in feature only works sometimes but that is not a big deal as I can log in with the key pad easily. I enjoy the touch screen feature.

I've had it for about a couple of weeks and so far so good.... Wouldn't give it 5 stars because fingerprint sensor doesn't work (can you help) set it up and when logging on says can't recognize otherwise i like it clear picture and nice big screen.

Loads fast, and easy to use. Set up is a cinch. I wish the backlit keys would be easier to read when its in the light. Also wish Microsoft would not bombard you with a “million” pop ups to buy their products or use their services
