DONT GET ME WRONG, I LOVE MY COMPUTER, BUT THERE IS ONE THING ABOUT IT I DO NOT LIKE AND IT MAY SOUND VERY PICKY OF ME, BUT ONCE YOU WOULD SEE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT IN PERSON YOU WOULD AGREE! COMPUTER RUNS/OPERATES AMAZING, LOOKS EVEN BETTER AND HAS COOL FEATURES! ALTHOUGH, THE KEYBOARD KEYS ARE SILVER AND THE LETTERS/#'S ON THEM ARE THAT CLEARISH/WHITE COLOR THAT MOST BLACK KEYBOARDS USE SO THAT THE BACKLIGHT CAN SHINE THROUGH EASILY, BUT WITH THIS LAPTOP IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THE BACKLIGHT IS ON OR OFF YOU CAN'T SEE THEM. THE ONLY SOLUTION IVE FOUND FOR THIS THAT HELPS A LITTTTTLE BIT IS PUTTING THE LAPTOP ON A LAPTOP STAND SO THAT ITS TILTED LEANING TOWARDS YOU. THE KEYS ARE EASIEST SEEN WHEN YOUR DIRECTLY OVER TOP OF THEM.....VERY ANNOYING

I no love the sleek functionality of this laptop. Although it’s got some weight, you can bend the keyboard all the way back (which locks the keys and touchpad preventing actions). The screen is big (enough) and bright. It’s fast and Dell updates and support make it an all around good deal.

I got this laptop on sale for $899 and bought the three year geek squad protection plan so it totaled out to about $1200. This is a great PC for anyone who works from home, likes to game online (casually), or needs something that can function as a laptop/tablet/tv all at once. For the price I bought it, I highly recommend this computer! There are just a couple of things I don't like - as a disclaimer, I have owned a MacBook for the last six years or so, so some of my issues may be user error. One thing I'm not too happy about is the screen already seems to glitch and a couple of times the keyboard has just stopped working. I fear this may be the downside of having a 2-1 computer - however, it's not frequent enough for me to need a specialist to fix it yet, and I have the three year protection (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting at least one year of protection). Another thing is that 17" isn't exactly a portable dream. Again, I'm the one who picked that size, but it is pretty clunky and you'll definitely need a good case if you're going to be toting it around a lot. Third is that I get all the ads and security alerts constantly and the charge doesn't seem to last very long - but that's more of a Windows thing and again, I had a Mac :) Long story short, I switched from a Mac to this PC and I love it 95% of the time. However, if your whole life is going to be contained to a single laptop, maybe spring for something a little more sturdy and reliable.

Fast, excellent view, powerful. Plus, once again, Best Buy gave me an outstanding value in an open box computer. I've upgraded the ram to 32 Gig, and the hard drive is getting upsized next, but this laptop runs respectably well out of the box.

Computer is great for email and basic work, seems to hold up good. The back lite keyboard is bad. It works as it should, but the color is not a good choice, it makes it hard to see the keys. It's very hard to explain. Other than the backlighting, its been a great computer, I have yet to slow it down for normal work functions.

Fast in speed, turns on and off extremely effortlessly. Opens and closes browser within the blink of an eye and the touch screen is just an addition to the laptop being absolutely amazing. I over love the screen size I'm able to enjoy what I'm viewing without any issues.

I'm replacing a 14 year old Dell Inspiron 1525. I believe that the fact that the old computer still works is a testament to the longevity of the Dell product. This computer, not surprisingly, is blazing by way of comparison. I did not do extensive research before buying but looked for the opportunity to employ the price- match guarantee offered by Best Buy. You can get a much better build if you can afford to pay cash elsewhere. Won't mention any names but you might be able to guess. No issues with Best Buy...free support for two weeks from purchase. Delivery was on time. Setup was super simple (even for me...LOL). 12 months no interest really helped me out. I have a one TB external hard drive but I would have liked more RAM (see previous comment).

It’s a great computer. I really like the fingerprint function. I enjoy how I can pick how big I want the words or font size to be. It has a decent size screen and it’s very light to carry.

My new Dell - Inspiron 7706 2-in-1 17" laptop is amazing. It's very easy to use. The keyboard has a great feel to it. The 17" screen makes it easy to see everything on web sites. The clarity is beautiful. The colors are sharp. I really love it.

Beautiful screen and very good sound but keyboard is very hard to see in a well lit room. The dell performance is very smooth and very fast

I'm used to a desktop and this is an awesome product. easy to operate and FAST. nice large screen.

After having an hp envy 17.3" for a few years, i really got used to the widesreen layout...this one, although the picture quality was beautiful and definitely an upgrade from my hp, the 17" was more of a square and i just didn't like it...it was just weird and i would've been annoyed having to do my work on this laptop...also, the 8gb memory was just not enough, especially since my hp was 16gb...plus, an employee at best buy explained to me what the optane was for (this one doesn't have) and i figured if I'm going to dish out $1K for a new computer, it should have all of the good stuff and multiple processing features like optane are important...so back to the store it went!

Very satisfied with this laptop, I needed one of this size to do my work. Battery life is great! The display is very crisp, and high definition, and the processor is very fast.

Not a gaming laptop but great for home use and streaming. Easy to set up and get started. Good screen size for us as a transition from a much larger 2 in 1 desktop screen to a laptop with portability

My Dell Inspiron has performed wonderfully. I have owned it for approximately 6 mo. Although I had a "long" and sometimes difficult using it partially due I think to WINDOWS 11. I have been able to trouble shoot with internet and setup help for all issues less the ALEXA APP. This APP does work but not with only VERBAL directions. i.e. I can use it with MANUALLY linking through the windows.

Great laptop . I primarily use this laptop for work when I work from home. After almost two years of use i havent noticed any slow down , very good product!

Great Laptop for the price. The QHD Touchscreen has the most amazing picture quality. CPU is fast and memory is upgradable. Also it's a Dell, so you get great quality and support. Very Happy with this computer.

It took me weeks to narrow down my choice, and i am totally satisfied with this laptop. Does everythingni need and more, light, huge touch screen, 2 in 1, great battery life.

I bought this laptop because i needed bigger screen and better resolution which it has. It had 250GB storage which i have replaced with: Crucial - P2 500GB PCIe Gen 3 x4 Internal Solid State Drive M.2. Now I am going to increase the RAM as it has two 4GB chips, will replace with two 8GB ones. I have reduced one star as the keyboard letter colors and silver color does not have good visibility, you need to keep the keyboard backlit light off, this is a design issue.

I bought this for my nephew and he is thrilled with its performance and ease of use. Everyday he uses it for business and personal projects.
