Excellent machine, Great graphics, speed and functionality. Set up took longer than I expected and this could have been better explained to me from the Geek Squad. Nonetheless very excited about the purchase and the performance of the machine.

Purchased a new Dell Inspiron 17 inch screen and just love it. It's got the speed I was looking for. Had to also purchase a CD drive and extra ports which used to be included on laptops... but no longer.

Nice wide and clear screen with good colors. Fast. Touch screen is responsive. Has a keypad. My only complaint is that the rubber on the bottom of the laptop isn't very sticky so it tends to move around on my desk a bit.

This is a great laptop! Have had for years and hope to purchase the same model when this one goes.

This is a great computer if you don't need to carry it around much since it is heavy. It has a large and vibrant screen. It has a full-size keyboard with a number pad. The keys can be a bit difficult to see depending on the lighting since the contrast between the silver keys and the letters is not great. The touch pad takes some getting used to if you are accustomed to using a mouse. The touch screen makes scrolling much easier and faster. The computer can be a little slow to start, requiring a few pushes on the button. I cannot get the fingerprint reader to work. Transfer of files is fast.

This is a very nice looking 2n1 laptop. Good battery life, slim and not heavy. What I don't like is how easily it shows fingerprints and anything else that touches it.

I truly love this laptop! I use to have an old Dell Inspiron laptop. I had that one for 12 years until it gave out. I'm so glad Best Buy sells this brand and I got it at a reasonable price. I hope this one last 12 years.

My husband loves this. He says it's the best one he's ever owned. It runs super fast and it's colorful. The cord only lasted 2 months but I didn't reduce the stars because the computer is that nice

It's been great for what I bought it for the 2-1 functions are solid the computer moves quickly and with clear pictures I love the screen size for watching videos and gaming!

I am loving this laptop! I needed a bigger screen so that I could read reports more easily and this works great for me. The speed is amazing, which was what I was looking for as well. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This laptop replaces a Dell laptop of the same size. The 2 in one features including touch screen are a plus. Easy to transfer data from my orher device. Ease of use is also a plus.Enjoying all of the festures.

I basically spend my entire life on my computer - school, work, fun - so I needed an upgrade. This one has worked out well. Bright screen, good battery life, plenty of storage. decent webcam. One of the things I am most picky about is the feel of the keyboard and this is the first time I purchased a laptop without being able to try out the keys first -- but they are fine. My only complaint is that the speakers are on the bottom, so if you are holding the laptop on your lap, your legs pretty much absorb the sound. I have had to resort to wearing headphones frequently, which is definitely bothering my ears.

Usually, I buy less, state of the art computers, This laptop is very fast, easy to use. It is upgradable to Windows 11 when that is available if I decide to. I am still finding out all the features.

Good purchase, I have not had a Dell laptop previously. It is easy to navigate, the screen is the right size for me. I have had it for about 1 month and so far it is great. Would recommend this laptop.

Love this computer! It is sooo light and the screen is huge! I have never had a problem with Dell computers so that's why I purchased this one. Excellent!

The GEEK squad at first did not transfer all my old photo files onto my new DELL laptop. I needed to make an extra trip to deliver my old TOSHIBA laptop a second time in order for the GEEK squad to transfer files they missed the first time. I don't live too far from the store so it was not that much of a problem. I think it matters which technician works on your computer. When I brought my DELL back a second time I opened it up and discussed with the technician at their counter where the files were located in the old laptop. Two [2] days later I picked up my new laptop with the old files restored properly. It was a little bit of a hassle but well worth it as the new DELL's performance is significantly better and faster. Great laptop for producing music and starting a small home business due to its speed and performance. Also, great for streaming movies and gaming. Hope it continues to perform great.

I came in to purchase a laptop and the salesperson recommended the dell computer. It is easy to use and is quick! My last laptop took forever to reach the internet and this is a difference of night and day.

This is my second one & I love them! They're very easy to use,touch screen makes it so much better....It has much more security to keep someone from using it without your password or thumb print
