Enjoy the larger monitor and the backlit keyboard.

Wow - blow everything else I tried and looked at out of the water !!! Boom! I would have liked a little more storage on board, but think a portable ssd will solve some of my other issues as well between all the other systems I have. I love the 17.3" screen and the real estate it offers... First thing I did was install Windows 11 from my Insider Ring. Couple of issues (as it is not released yet) but overall I cannot believe the improvement in my workflow with the speed and quality of the screen. Took my 2 months to search for a new laptop and I have no regrets. I also LOVE the touch screen - which most 17" laptops don't offer... Thank you Dell !!!

Very fast and easy interface. It is a great laptop. I do wish it had an Ethernet Port. Sometimes I don't like to use WiFi, prefer hard wired. The screen is very crisp and well defined.

I am truly enjoying working with this computer. Very easy to use, the lighted keyboard is a great feature. I can actually work in the evening with minimal additional light. Great Buy

This is a solid Windows 10 machine. It has done everything we have asked it to do without any lagging performance. Bright, crisp screen. Very stylish and lightweight as well.

Nice big screen, just the right resolution related to size. Core very fast and seamlessly working. Keyboard so far sturdy enough. Overall a good decision to buy this model.

Very sleek design, great battery life. Display is crisp and speakers have great audio quality. Would be nice if compatible with Dell Pen stylus.

I use my computer for mostly writing and studying online. Works very well with my online campus and zoom classes!!! Monitor size is a huge plus!!!!

Very impressive with the sound quality. The mouse pad little slow response and get very hot when using 2 or more applications at the same time. Run dell support and it said bios need to update but dell support app never successfully installed so dell assistant on chat told me to download n install manually but my laptop wont changed anymore. After all night chatting we got it bck and that my turning point to return with unsuccessful to ipdate bios. Getto have it 2 weeks.

So far, pretty satisfied with the performance of this Laptop. I'm not a gamer so can't speak to that. I do play with photography, seems to handle my needs good. Display is very nice. I did not hook up to an external display with this machine. Not needed yet. I did NOT like the Auto Boot upon opening the lid, I had to de-activate that. I just recently direct connected to my modem, seems like I was losing my wifi connection too often. I will see if that continues. Been about a week and no issues. I will continue to monitor and update this review if I can...

After 1 month of use I am finding all the Dell settings querky and hard to adjust. Letters on the keys light up but in a lit room they are quite hard to see. I never would have thought that when looking the machine over at Best Buy. I'm getting used to the touch screen but when reading on a couch it's easy to touch the wrong thing and changes the screen. The resolution and speed are excellent. 17" screen great for spreadsheets, reading and videos. I'd buy this machine again but I feel like it should come with easier ways to learn about Dell products.

this was plenty of computer for my needs and it was easy to set up and use. the flexibility to use as a tablet or desktop is a great feature for me

Long awaited upgrade. Lightweight and powerfully fast, the 17 inch screen is beautiful and worth the investment for my one man company.

My old laptop died on me so i was forced to buy a new one. Glad i chose this. It does everything i need it to. The touch screen is awesome and its fast

I love this computer. I am a senior so the 17" screen is perfect for me. Powerful, I run Quickbooks on it and a lot of computer game time.

it's expensive but it worth every penny. You get top specs for less money and super strong, fast, light... best laptop i ever owned.

Needed a larger computer for working at home. This Dell had been great so far. Large, clear screen, fast, touchscreen. Wonderful so far.

After good research I bought in 12/2021. Quality of the screen is like in 4K , minimal difference (I also have 4K laptop so I can compare them side to side). Working fine. Win 11 has already been on it. You should check yourself if you would accept the silver color keys because the key lights are very muted by light reflection. Consider other color that light silver keys. It has all modern technology in it. The screen 17" for home use is very good. I would recommend this laptop.
