Love the ease of it and the fact that it folds over and you can use it as you would a tablet. Lots of space on the hard drive and very fast.

Great machine for the money and can handle many tasks at once. It does run very warm. Get a cooling fan pad with it.

This laptop has met or exceeded all my expectations. Setup was very easy and I was up and running in a very short time. When I first started using the machine I was impressed by the feel of the keyboard and touchpad. The keys have a definite Positive feedback when they are pressed and the touchpad is very sensitive. The computer is lightning fast and contrary to comments I have read about the visibility of the key labels, I have found that not to be a problem.

LOVE the screen size and resolution. Nice having a number pad again. I do wish the keypad was lit up or the letters on the keys darker. It's hard to see the keys unless you have a really bright light on it, or completely dark and the screen's brightness shines on them. There is a fingerprint sign in which sounds super, but I'm still trying to get to work consistently. I may need to just redo my fingerprint. But other than that, very very happy with this laptop. Was hard finding one that had the specs I needed with a touchscreen, but this is it.

I originally wanted an HP, but they were out. I asked if I could possibly purchase the floor model, but was told no. Apparently, they keep the last one out on the floor until the next generation comes out. The only other option I had was a Dell Inspiron that had all the features I was looking; specifically, a 17-inch screen. Even though it was $300 over my budget, I got it anyway. It's a fantastic laptop!

This laptop does some of everything! My wife wanted a large screen with a fast processor and enough memory for her files. So far so good no issues!

I like the touch screen. It comes on quickly. But it has frozen up and I'm not as pleased with Dell as I use to be.

This, hands down is THE best laptop we've ever purchased. My wife loves the speed on start up and navigating between pages.

I got this new computer to use for graduate school. It was easy to set up, and it's working like a charm! Super fast and just what I need.

Great Laptop. Love the 17 inch screen. Really make a difference. I use this laptop to do some work on Lightroom. Works great for the most part until you start doing some intense editing then you will need more power. For that I have a desktop. Some people said they done like the light up keyboard and that they can see the keys. You can just turn off the lights on the keyboard and the letter turn black. I not sure if they knew that.

We’ve had an overall good experience so far. The processor is fast for our purposes. The screen has a nice display.

I've been using this laptop for almost a month. It is a significant upgrade from my last one, and the screen resolution is particularly impressive. It is a sturdy machine, and I love the touchscreen. I teach several online classes, and the only downside I've noticed to date with this laptop has been issues with its mic disconnecting during Zoom and Skype calls. I've never experienced this issue before with any device, and I've been teaching online via a variety of mobile devices and apps for 7+ years. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase.
