This laptop was a great upgrade for me. It is much lighter and the touchscreen is great. A new experience for me.

I really like the speed of this laptop. Picture quality is great. For an older person, it's really easy to navigate.

Laptop seems to be an exceptional value, much faster and display quality exceed expectations.

Purchased about 2 months ago. Screen takes up most of lid which makes it appear bigger than what it is, which is nice. The colors look nice and vibrant. A cool feature, after you shut it down, when you open it again, it automatically turns on and goes to log in screen. I purchased this laptop for editing photos and works great with photoshop, capture one, etc.

Recently upgraded to this new laptop. Really enjoy the large 17" screen; speed; and storage. Thanks Dell!

already have an issue that requires laptop to be brought in for tech support. Laptop only 1 year old.

Super fast, no issues at all. Battery lasts a few hours. Having the extra memory does make a huge difference.

Great screen and snappy performance. Makes life much easier when the screen is a usable size.

its the first silver keyboard laptop we own and found out it very hard to see the keys with backlit at night so we went back to our stand by computer with the black keyboard easier to see in the dark. The different is very noticeable. But bought it for the larger screen that we like. Its hard to test in a store cause they usually don't turn off the lights.

Love the screen size! Fingerprint Log-in is super nice! Easy to navigate and access most used sites.

This is a very nice computer the touch screen is ok but in the description it says it works with an active pen. I tried to use a top line Bamboo stylus but unfortunately it didn't work and after additional on line searching I found others had the same issue. I found out that the the 17 inch screen model does not work with any type of active pen it only works with a rubber tipped touch style stylus so that was a deal breaker otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

This 2 in 1 is super fast, lightweight for the size. Having troubles with the stylus still.

So far the device has pretty much met my expectations. One small complaint is that the video camera picture is not as sharp and clear as the demo model at the store. Enjoying the increased processing speed provided by the 16GB ram. Backlit keyboard is nice as well. However the keyboard characters are a bit hard to see against the silver background of the keys.

Great performance and speed. Easy setup right out of the box, The speakers are at best not very good. Poor volume and sound. Considering returning due to the lack of sound. Also considering a small Bluetooth speaker, Dell support was of no value, First question was to check and make sure that the speakers are not covered. Really :)

Excellent laptop. Enjoy using touch screen. Light weight so easy to move around.
