I bought this one from Best Buy and it was a wonderful experience. It was delivered on time and packaged in such a way that there was no damage. I love this laptop. The 17" monitor is crystal clear. It works like a charm. I would definitely buy this product or similar product from Best Buy again! I would recommend this product to friends or family.

I use this laptop for school and streaming movies/youtube - multiples times a week. I normally have zoom open for school and multiple webpages. The speed is great, but at the end of a couple hours, your computer will be so HOT - it may shut off and keep shutting off until completely cool. I had to buy a fan to cool my laptop the first week of purchasing it. It does the job I need it to, but I would not buy it again ever. Also, i saw some reviews on the key lights prior. Now i know what they mean. If you're working into the night, you better know your keys because the lights do not help at all.

We would like to thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not too happy with your Inspiron 7000 2-in-1 because it is overheating and you are having troubles with the keyboard light.
To help with overheating issue, we would recommend making sure the BIOS is up to date on your PC. I have provided a link to the Drivers and Downloads page so you can check for and do any applicable updates. Dell has also released an Intel Power Management Utility to help with the overheating that you may be experiencing on your computer. For this package to take effect, the system power plan must be set to Balanced under the Additional Power Settings. Also, the Power Mode option that is displayed when you click the battery icon, should be set to Better Performance. This package only takes effect on AC power and not on battery power. To help to see keyboard letters better, we suggest disabling the backlit keyboard when you are in lit areas. Below I have provided the steps to disable the backlighting and the full article link.
Backlit keyboard options in BIOS
1. Click the + sign next to System Configuration.
2. Click Keyboard Illumination.
3.* Disabled or Off - The keyboard illumination is off.
*Dim - The keyboard illumination is at half brightness.
*Bright - The keyboard illumination is at full brightness.
4. Click Apply, and then Exit.

I like the size of the computer and the touch. I do not mind the size and weight of the computer because the large screen was important. The touch screen works very well. Not pleased with the lighted keyboard as it does not work well with the bright screen.

The only hitch thus far is I'm having trouble with printing, apparently because I used Adobe and now can't get a document to print. I've checked online but still have trouble. Need to contact the Geek Squad.
