This Dell works great! Had one hiccup. Laptop froze shortly after purchase, but the situation was quickly rectified & no problem since. The display is phenomenal and the touchscreen is handy (since the last one I owned didn't have one).

Great laptop. I like its speed and high definition. What I'm getting used to is the touchscreen. Have to be careful where I put me fingers or the monitor jumps or closes my webpage. Something new for me.

Great help of the Expert Shopper this lap top was perfect. My husband uses it every day. The Geek Squad installer set it up and taught my computer challenged husband how easy it was to use. Love the look, the ease of larger keyboard keys, and the clear graphics.

Battery life is very limited, after a full charge, my laptop remains charged for only 2-3 hours. The laptop is great overall, but the backlight for the keyboard is not very bright. The touchscreen is very responsive and the clarity is awesome!

Very large, beautiful screen. Bigger than I thought this would be. My only real issue so far is the track pad seems to be very sensitive. Im sure i can play around with a setting eventually. Love the 2 in 1 option on this.

I like my new Dell computer. It is just what I was looking for. I like having the number pad and larger screen. My past computer did not have the backlite keyboard. Not sure if that feature is a game changer but this model has that feature.

Super fast, great, large display. The flexibility of tge 2 in 1 makes it a good fit for whatever configuration you need. We got it in an open box deal but looked like the laptop was never taken out, perfect condition. The price was superb.

It's very fast with high resolution. I use it for both home and work and it works great. I can take full advantage of my internet speed. I also love the bigger screen. If you want a fast, flexible computer with a big screen this is your best option.

Very happy with this purchase. Didn't realize how outdated my last one was til I purchased this one. Been a year with zero issues. Usually have hooked up to a 2nd screen. My daughter loves the touchable screen for drawing.

This is a fast machine, great display - and that is all I like about it. The silver keys are hard for me to see and I dislike the computer for that reason.

I purchased this laptop for DJing purposes. It's replacing a 6 year old HP laptop. This laptop is perfect for my needs. It surpasses the specs required to run my DJing software without any issues. Software opens up & loads my entire music library within seconds. Very well worth it.

This laptop does everything I need it to with no problem. I use photoshop and Publisher as well as my many tabs on my web browser and have no lag time. The touch screen is great. Light weight, sleek design. Don’t have anything I don’t like about it.

This is the fourth Dell computer I have had. Although I haven't used it much yet it seems to be as reliable as the others. I do miss not having a CD/DVD drive option. The backlit keyboard and touch screen are a definite plus.

Love the Dell Computer. Hopefully have a few more things to load & then can make full use of it. Has all the space I need for my huge files & processes. I added a DVD/CD drive to it as I have really old photos/movies to work on & other special items to load.

It’s been about 3 weeks since my purchase and I love it. It’s perfect for my home and office needs. Download speed is lightning fast, and the battery seems to last forever! It has so many cool features that I’m still learning about some of them. What a great buy!

This unit was an "Open Box", with no new ones in stock and would have to be ordered. Thought the 1 year warranty would be transferred to me, but evidently Dell goes by when it was originally purchased. Therefore, I'm ending up with a 6 month warranty. I was disappointed it only had two (2) USB ports (CD/DVD, external drives, mouse xmitter) and no ethernet input of WiFi. The keyboard is nearly impossible to see what the key are, but I learned to type very will in high school and know the keys without looking. No manual came with it, but got it setup with lot's of trial and error. Seems to be working fine now.

High speed computer with UHD Resolution, crystal clear. First time with a Dell computer. Impressive. Keyboard backlight is not very bright sobif you are not in the perfect lightning the letternon the keys are notnvery visible

This was my first new laptop computer in almost 10 years! I seriously needed a new, upgraded Dell as my vintage one no longer worked on the 'g' and 'h' keys.... I would cut and paste those letters when needed and it was ridiculous. I was excited to get my new Dell. I love the touch-screen and the large 17" screen. The clarity of the picture is stunning. But there are things I do not like: 1. Letter keys are difficult to see as they are brightly backlit. 2. Battery life is much shorter than I expected. 3. This Dell doesn't start up as fast as I was expecting.

This laptop is doing what it claims. Good picture quality and very speedy. Boots fast thanks to SSD. The web cam privacy toggle gives me a good sense of privacy. A very good buy for the $$$. My only complaint is the tracking pad is a little too far to the left for my needs.

We used this laptop for 3 weeks and were very pleased. Then on the 17th of December when running a Dell web pushed diagnostic program the laptop froze up in a continuous loop and would not respond to any commands or reboot or restart work arounds. Seems to be a problem on other Inspirons based on our Google search. I returned it to our Selinsgrove PA Best Buy and was able to replace it with another brand-new Inspiron 7760. Very pleased with Best Buy's Geek Squads service. I will not allow another Dell pushed diagnostic to happen on this machine. Dell has a problem here.
