Purchased the Inspiron 7000, replacing HP Notebook (12 years old) that was not doing to well in handling recent Windows 10 updates. After 1 month, I have concluded that Dell has built an excellent laptop, for all around purposes. No complaints here!

This is a great 2 in 1 laptop, one of the only sitting at 17" it has the 11th generation processor and a beautiful finish that doesnt smudge with fingerprints. The fact that such a large entry level power laptop is a 2 in 1 makes it unique, you really dont need much more than this unless your a software engineer or the like. Its a step down from Dell XPS in performance and price which is pretty good. You wont be disappointed.

Bought after much research. Bright, big screen, comfortable keyboard -- although the reflection from the screen makes the silver letters and numbers on the keyboard difficult to see. Quick and responsive -- overall pleased.

It’s a very fast computer for sure! I love the ability to use the laptop as a tablet system if on the go! One issue is that it sounds like a jet engine when it gets hot. Make sure it’s well vented

So so happy with my easy to use laptop! I'm not tech savy so I had some anxiety but everything is so easy to use! I can easily access anything just by voice command! There are so many benefits!

I've only had it a month and so far it's perfect. For me a 17" laptop is not for carrying around but I love having it as my desktop PC. The monitor is large, clear and easy to read. Easily adjusts to your needs.

I am a teacher and needed to find something that would do everything I needed. I have no complaints this laptop does everything and more then I could ever want.

The speed is almost unbelievable compared to my last laptop, which is only two years old. The only thing I would change about this laptop would be to not choose a back lit keyboard, but that's just a personal preference. Everything else is fantastic!

I’ve had 3 laptops previously but I think this is my favorite. It just feels solid, which I appreciate as the hinge - case broke on my last laptop after only a year. It operates very well and is fast staring up.

My wife wanted to get rid of the big black box of here desktop and have a portable screen bigger than her iPad. This works out well as its a 2 in 1 unit. Took me a while to get the CPU / Memory, Storage space I wanted but this model seems a good combination. I only have 2 negative comments: 1. The illuminated keyboard cant be seen in anything but dim lighting, may as well not be there. 2. When its used as a desktop it takes a while to wake up and display on the attached monitor. The Dell support package seems well thought out - we are both happy with the unit.

Love the power of this laptop and sleek look! Large touch screen and fingerprint logon are handy! 2 in 1 is great. However, I had to prop-up the laptop at the hinge end by a couple of inches, in the desk-top mode to be able to see the lighted keys.

The resolution and screen quality is great. The keyboard is very hard to read but I use the touchscreen most of the time. It is slow to power up. Overall very nice laptop.

great quality, easy to use. Only thing is the white keys is sometimes difficult to see if lighting is not right. I purchased a open-box and am completely happy with my decision. No issues, as if I bought a brand new one. Thanks Geek Squad.

Dell is the computer I trust, this one is the BEST! The touch screen is so clear and the picture is like your there! Really like the keyboard lights up, very cool. Got it after Christmas and have been enjoying working from home with this computer!

I am loving the touch lap top I recently purchased.. thankfully for me my daughter also has one and is teaching me how to use it..Im still trying to figure out some things but computer runs great. I take it with me every where I go to conduct business

I'm so very pleased with this purchase. The laptop is easy to navigate, and because I am both a PC user and an Apple user, I love that it is touch screen- it's like having a giant iPad. I have zero complaints and would purchase this again.

Still learning to navigate and explore. So far so good. I have ALOT of sites and YouTube videos running all the time and it conserves the use of the battery and speed.

Very fast. How's everything you might want except for one item, and that is facial recognition to sign in. It has a webcam, but apparently the webcam is not capable of this feature.

I have had absolutely no issues with this computer in the 4 weeks I have had it. It has performed well for me and the graphics card is not the best for AutoCAD but it will work for fine for the non professional user. I use it primarily for 2D drawings of items I need to cut on the plasma table so I am not a Pro user. I am not crazy about Windows 11 but like all the others I will get used to it. I do wish it had a larger SSD or additional HD, but I will manage. I put off buying this computer for a year hoping DELL would make this one with more storage, but when my 7 year old laptop started acting up I ordered it anyway. I will add an external HD later when It starts to fill the internal one up so not big deal.

I wanted a new laptop for my work. I was told this was the best and the quickest processor. Everything I have done with it thus far has only proven that fact. I love it. It is doing exactly what I needed it to do.
