Excellent! Had just purchased a Lenovo. It took over 3 days to bring up to current rev stat. Way too long. Exchanged it for this Dell. Update complete and ready for use in less than 3 hours. Very fast and stable. Great laptop.

I replaced my older Dell laptop with the Inspiron 7706 2n1. Even though my old one was chugging along, it was like getting a sports car with my new one! The speed and screen clarity makes such a difference!

Appreciate the touch screen and the size of the key board. In addition the unit may be easily converted to a tablet. The 17 inch screen size is ideal for older customers requiring this option.

For the price you pay it's very good item. Easy to use and install. Quality is excellent. Really stylish. Love the touch screen. Camera is good. And programs are easy to download.

Works great, quick, only issue is almost every time it boots up I get an error and have to restart........ have to restart and it's fine after that.

Awesome computer and the touch screen is awesome. The on screen key pad is very nice. All in all it’s a very nice computer for everyday use. I would truly recommend it to anyone. Bluetooth works great and it mirrors well to my 70” tv

This is a good laptop and overall, I am pleased with it. Just a few minor irritations. First, this laptop only has 1 USB port. Just 1. I like using a wireless mouse but if I wanted to use more accessories, I would need to purchase a USB hub. If I would have known, I would have considered a different model with more USB ports. Second, the HDMI plug in is on the left side rather than the right. When setting up a 2nd monitor, it will typically go to the right meaning I have a cord that's on the left, bent around to the right. I know, minor, but again, had I know about this and the USB port, I would have considered a different model.

Have had problems with transferring downloaded pictures to this unit plus have had a couple of errors while working on it. Love the big screen and vibrant colors.

Love the speed of the new laptop; however, we are experiencing problems with Google Chrome. We've been in twice now to the Geek Squad, but they have not been able to get Google Chrome working.

Great laptop for the right price for my wife. With a busy full house of children, my wife is looking to work-from-home, and needed an updated and reliable computer. I bought this for her to rely on and be able to work from home as needed. I also wanted something that will last and the CPU and all items be close to the latest so it kept up with the on going times of SW needs. More than enough for the work that needs to be done, and playing on-line games after hours if need be! Plus if we went on a trip or needed outside the house so she can work, it's handy as a laptop vs. a desktop. This fit for what we're looking for. I've worked with Dell's at work and at home, and they are well built.

Quick pros/cons Pros: Beautiful 16:10 screen. Rare to find 16:10 or 3:2 ratio screen size. Brightness is outstanding. I keep it at low setting Specs are good at this price point. Dell connecting to iPhone actually works! Dell upgrade/downloading of software and drivers is easy and without issue Cons: Battery life is dismal. With keyboard lighting off, battery settings set to less performance, and low screen lighting still only gives me 3.5 hours of simple browsing. Keys on keyboard hard to read. Major design flaw. Keys feel good but you better know your key location because you won’t be able to read them. High temperatures at bottom of pc. If you have this resting on your lap be prepared for a very warm, uncomfortable experience Touchpad works well for scrolling but terrible sensitivity. Just the slightest touch will cause it to click. I tried all the sensitivity settings and that does nothing as all the sensitivity remains the same. C’mon Dell. How many years have touchpads been in existence. I can live with the keyboard and heat, but the battery and touchpad issues may be dealbreakers for me. I am thinking of returning the laptop. Such a shame as the 16:10 screen is very beautiful and the specs are great at this price.

This thing is fking fast. I cant say enough about it. Makes my other laptop think its broke. Sucks no dvd drive, but nobody does any more.

This is a hefty machine and I'm hoping that sturdy construction translates into reliable operation over the long term. As of now I'm very pleased with its functionality and performance.

Very easy to use and set up. The bigger screen is way better than my Surface Pro. Wish Dell would add a black edition in the future.

Excellent speed. Hard to see backlit keys in daylight, but backlit option is easily turned off by pressing the F5 key. Laptop heavier than I'm used to but that's because of going from a 15 to a 17 inch screen.

The Dell Inspiron 7000 2-in-1 17" QHD+ Touch Laptop is a great computer. I have had it for a month and have enjoyed learning how to use it. I think, for the money, this computer is a great buy.

Great speed and performance. Quick boot time amazingly fast. Looks great and is a beautiful laptop. Bad: The back lit keys are very dim and get drowned out by the screen. The computer never seems to turn off,,,, as soon as you open it, it picks up right where you left it. When you open the computer the bottom of the screen rubs against any surface you put it on, this will of course lead to that edge getting damaged. And the price was very high on this computer, it neve went on sale.

very nice laptop but it’s really slow. i took it to geek squad and all they did was clear my storage. it’s still very slow.

This laptop is really something! It is made of great materials and has many features that work great. Some of my favorite things are the fingerprint reader, the very responsive touchscreen, and the backlit keys.

HAD MY SONY VAIO SINCE 2009, TIME TO GET AN UPGRADE AND THIS DELL HAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCREEN I WANT AND A TOUCH SCREEN IS A PLUS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE,
