My new Dell Inspiron 7000 that I purchased at Best Buy is an amazing laptop and perfect for home and office. It is fast and was so simple to set up with the vocal tutorial!

Nice computer. I love being able to move the kb behind the computer and use a wireless kb directly in front of the computer. Quite versatile and not too loud.

I have always used a desktop and did not think I could get the same quality from a laptop. This Dell Inspiron laptop works just as well as my desktop. I am a very active day trader.

Best decision I've made in a long time! Graphics are phenomenal, both on the computer itself and for the larger monitor connected to it. The images are so pretty I stare at them. The system speed is excellent, the form factor is a delight. The machine is fast, no trouble either opening files or processing PDFs and or running calculations in spreadsheets. Took 45 minutes to decide between this one and a less expensive model. Glad I chose this one.

Bought this for my wife who didn't want the big box PC I built for her. I used Dell laptops at work for many years and this model is a good combination of speed and storage. It's never been used in touch screen mode and is 99% used with a 27" ASUS monitor. That brings me to the only complaint - wife never turns it off or checks if it wants an update. When its asleep it takes a long time to wake up to the ASUS monitor - if you open the laptop its immediately starting. The monitor is set to be the primary display. Haven't tried W11 yet maybe later this year.

Great Laptop for the price! Plus I like buying my electronics from Best Buy because they have knowledgeable sales people to help you make a good purchase for your needs. The only drawback on this purchase was the letters on the keyboard are in silver and if you are not a good typing and need to look once in a while, it can be hard. I solved the problem with a blue gel keyboard that fits right over the laptop keyboard and it's perfect. They wouldn't make them if there wasn't a reason for the need! Enjoy your new laptop. I will!!

I love my new Dell laptop. It looks great and works great and the Best Buy team was very helpful. I am very happy with its speed also.

It's quick, color is great and easy to use. Sometimes the keys are hard to see - gray on gray and the light doesn't illuminate enough to see them.

Fantastic laptop and with 10 Key and touchscreen. No issue at all and quality is above and beyond. So satisfied with this purchase and you will be too.

My previous laptop was ready to retire. I decided on this one and in love it. I love being able to sign in with my thumb print. So easy. The screen is so large. Easy to see.

I purchased the Dell windows 11 laptop for my wife. I was very pleased with the in store assistance in making my selection, and am very happy with the laptop.

Graphics are really great. I love the fingerprint security feature. It takes about 1 hour to set it up. Got this for my granddaughter who is home schooled.

Had a grate experience in purchasing this Dell laptop the sales person was very helpful he explained all the options .I also liked that it was a 17 inch screen .

Nice Laptop, light weight, audio and definition super high!, so happy with my new computer, was a special gift from my wife to me and was really good surprise to me.

This is a good system that performs very well. But under some lighting conditions it is hard to read the keys even with backlighting.

The Dell was over all a nice computer, but I didn't like when I had it on my "Lap" the bottom of the screen had pointed corners that would dig into my thighs; also, the keys were back-lit but you could hardly tell, there was no contrast and made keys that you don't use often hard to see. I ended up taking it back, no hassle with the total-tech program, and ended up buying an HP

My wife really likes the Dell 2-in-1 we bought at Best Buy. She became accustomed to it with in week. She really likes how fast it butts up.

I love it. What an improvement over my old computer. The large screen and high resolution make the picture clear and readable, It will be perfect for a work from home job.

The laptop has all of the bells and whistles that I was looking for, but it spontaneously shuts down every once in a while. I did some research and discovered that this is a common issue with Dell. Seems that Dell won’t take responsibility for it, so people have figured out their own fixes. I’m not technologically advanced enough to understand the explanations or instructions, so I’m not sure what I’m going to do about it yet. Other than that, I’m happy with it, but do your own research before you buy.
