The laptop has all of the bells and whistles that I was looking for, but it spontaneously shuts down every once in a while. I did some research and discovered that this is a common issue with Dell. Seems that Dell won’t take responsibility for it, so people have figured out their own fixes. I’m not technologically advanced enough to understand the explanations or instructions, so I’m not sure what I’m going to do about it yet. Other than that, I’m happy with it, but do your own research before you buy.

Great price for a lap top. Love the touch screen. I only use a lap top for emails, surfing, shopping and bill paying. It has everything I need and was easy to set up.

Excellent laptop computer. Faster than my vintage (2014) laptop by a mile. However, I'm using it with wireless keyboard and mouse (just a personal preference)

Amazing laptop. Does everything i want and i use it at home. Easy setup. Didn't take nesrly as long as the previous one i bought months ago. Definitely recommend.

Great Laptop, love how pig the screen is. The only thing I do not like is the keyboard it's a little hard to press them, overall great product

Good performing laptop w touch screen. Bought for our customers lab tool, so wont be taking this mobile...which I would then reconsider since this thing is HEAVY!

I'm very happy with DELL laptops. I had previous one for 5 years and it's still running okay. For sure new ones are much faster.

A powerful machine that gets the job done. Not great if you want to play powerful GPU-consuming games. But then again, that's not what it's meant to do.

The screen quality is amazing. The larger screen size is great especially for working with photos and watching things. Very easy to navigate. The touch screen works well.

My opinion of the computer is good. I can’t say anything more than good because my computer has broken down twice and had to have the motherboard replaced and now I have to have tech support see why I can’t get updates on windows 10. I could install windows 11 but I don’t care for the operation. This is not the fault of Best Buy. I’ve had three Dell computers and all of them have had problems.

Love the touchscreen. Haven’t really been able to get in to using it yet, but hopefully it will be better than I had before.

No complaints at all about this product. Was seeking a replacement for a desktop and this more than fills the bill. Touch screen is an added bonus.

Easy to set up and ready to use right out of box. Appreciated the prompts to connect to email account. Super easy to connect wireless keyboard and mouse.

This is a fast and reliable laptop. The screen size is one of the main reasons I bought it. This is my 2nd purchase of the same laptop, I highly recommended.

Fast, easy to use, a lot better than I expected. Only negative is keys are hard to read because of the light color of the letters

Very impressed. I thought my repair on my business laptop was going longer than expected. I finally went into the Novi store and was lucky enough to meet the Geek Squad manager, Rodrigo Ferrari. He listened to my concerns and then proceeded to get the current status. He returned in a couple of minutes to indicate the team was still trying to correct one last problem. We quickly agreed on the best course of action and I walked out of the store with my laptop 30 minutes later. Rodrigo was very professional and showed real concern for my issues. Would recommend Geek Squad at Novi very highly.

This is my first Dell laptop, I love the screen size and that it’s touchscreen too. I’m still learning new things but great so far.

Quick and easy setup and fast operations. Replaced a 7 year old laptop and it is amazing!! Wish it had happened in a different fashion but needed the upgrade.
