But, using the mouse on the console has been problematic. Sometimes I have to 'click' on it 3 times before it works. Also, for some reason, unknown to me, the screen magnifies in the middle of whatever I am doing, for NO apparent reason. I have to go through the process of making it go back to 100%, only to have it happen again a few minutes later. This is very annoying. I need to go to Tech Support to see if there is something that I am doing to cause it, but I can't imagine what that could be. My previous laptop had a keyboard mouse also, and I did not have this problem, so it is not that I have a problem using a keyboard mouse. Otherwise, it is a nice piece of equipment. (Purchased within the last month...I'll give it time, maybe a learning curve??) BTW...I paid more to get a DELL because I have had such GOOD experiences with my previous 2 computers (1 desktop and 1 laptop). I could have purchased a less expensive laptop, but I WANTED a DELL...I do NOT regret my decision...but I am still learning

Fortunately, there is one thing you can do that may resolve your issues. It will ensure you have the best performance possible.
1. Restart your computer regularly
2. Run the automated tools provided in the SupportAssist tool
3. Run a complete hardware diagnostic test
4. Scan your computer for malware
5. Restore your Dell computer using Windows System Restore
6. Reinstall Microsoft Windows
