Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought almost 7 months ago to use as a desktop, use for zoom meetings, home use only had a very minor problem,would not go into sleep mode, contacted Dell they said it was a software issue and they fixed it, I’m not very familiar with laptops as this is my first one but I thought sound quality is pretty bad but I mostly use headphones. I will buy another for my wife shortly

The reason being is that I didn't find your salesman really helpful, and it looked like they were annoyed that I interpreted their game, or the talk with their girlfriend! You might just as well put all of these on the shelf, hire a FEW at minimum wage, dumb ones, and cut the price another 20%! You 're certainly not receiving a good return on your expense with them.
