Dell puts a lot of Dell software on the computer that I do not use and Windows has an update that software other week. Tablet mode is cool but the onscreen keyboard no longer works so it's useless. It was a known bug on the Dell support page. The speakers are so soft that even at max I can barely hear what's being said. My cellphone is louder that these speakers (RedMagic 6). I even use a third party program to boost the volume and it's still too soft. Why are the speakers down firing? MX350 gets super hot after watching a 10 min YouTube video at anything higher than 1080p and the computer starts to studder and drop frames like crazy. In some lighting I can't see the hardware keyboard keys when I use the led lights....Anyway, it's fine but I will look for another laptop for myself before the end of 2022. (not dell)

Below I have provided the steps to run the Microsoft Sound Troubleshooter to help with the speaker issue. I have also included the full article link that has more options if they are needed. We also suggest making sure all drivers and downloads are up to date on your PC to help resolve the keyboard, speaker, and overheating problems. I have given you a link to the Drivers and Downloads page for your computer below so you can check for and do any applicable updates.
How to run the Windows Sound Troubleshooter in Microsoft Windows 10
1. Click Start, and then select Settings (gear icon).
2. Click Update & Security and select Troubleshoot.
3. Click Playing Audio and then click Run the troubleshooter.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Silver is attractive but leave it for coins. Keyboards should be black for visibility and speed.

The color is perfect and easy to spot if you're a busy Mom like myself who misplaces tjings often. Extremely easy guide to follow allowing you to set it up yourself. I loved how easy it was to transfer my older pictures. Looking forward to using it soon for my cricut projects.
