    Coming out of the corporate world it has been a very long time since I have had any "say" in what computer I needed & wanted. Although it was a bit of up front work to determine what would work best for my new business, in regards to the hardware, graphics cards, memory, etc. Samantha, BB sales advisor, was very helpful with finding products that suited my needs.

    My one major complaint is the keyboard. The silver metallic finish makes the keyboard nearly impossible to read in daylight. The backlit feature actually makes it worse in daylight conditions. In the dark, it works fine. Never buy a laptop with a shiny silver keypad with white letters. Impossible to read.
