    Great service that I , Manager Julio help me choose the right programs and accessories that I needed for my new laptop, answered all my questions, bilingual and he was really kind & professional, Agent Navid also was great and help us a lot so it was awesome going to that Location, even comparing to other locations this was just excellent I will start going to this one for now on.

    I purchased this for a friend. Everything about it was good value and predictable good quality which I expect from a Dell. The only complaint is the keyboard. The color scheme makes it hard to read the letters unless you are in just the right light. It's like silver on white so there is no contrast. Very satisfied otherwise.
