4 star because the built in camera is not compatible with windows face recognition. The windows has the application just that the camera isn't compatible. Overall the laptop is super big and performs fine. I have had it for one day so far. Display is beautiful!!!

We purchased this for our 14 yr old son. He uses it mainly for his virtual classes, and completing his schoolwork. This computer has many features, however the volume is Less than adequate for his google classrooms. We will be taking it back to Best Buy for them to assess the problem since it was purchased only 3 weeks ago.

Does everything I need and more easy to set up and use

I’m very pleased with the value, quality and functionality of this product. My primary concern is the difficulty in distinguishing details on the keyboard due to the white lettering. However, I definitely recommend this model for consideration.

courteous and helpful sales person --- I have forgotten his name - worked evenings on Nov 9, 2021 ---- bought new laptop dell computer and a brother laser printer was ordered for us and delivered to our home. We also took advantage of the tech 24/7 support and purchased that also.

Love it Don't notice a lot of difference between it & one I replaced Basically bought a new version. Still hate charging cord Flimsy connection to computer & easily damaged You would think after so many years & so many complaints they would change design

Just got the computer set up and works great. What I didn't realize that with the keyboard a silver color, the keys are harder to see and it's something that I will just have to get use to. The black keys showed off the letter and symbols better.

I Really love this laptop, my only complaint is the keyboard is very difficult to see. Meaning reading the letters, Maybe it's made for users who have the keyboard memorized. I my self do not, Also the keyboard back lighting only has 2 settings Dim and darker.

My dad needed a new computer and the folks at Best Buy helped him decide what would be best for him. He loves his new computer and printer And the Geek Squad came to help put it all together and set it up and transfer data from the old computer to the new one! Priceless ...

We really like this model but can’t give it 5 stars because the letters and numbers are hard to see when using it. Have the settings to the brightest level but still hard to see what is on the keys.

fast, good solid build and reasonable value for what you get. HOWEVER, the purple keyboard is annoying and DUMB - users just can't see the letters, especially if the user is elderly. The screen glare makes it even tougher. I had to build a prop to lift the back of the laptop a couple inches. Oh, and google and the display driver had issues of severe flickering. Found a work around online. but come on DELL, think of your customers who are not technical. And go back to black keyboard and back light it. I wanted an American product and choices were limited.

Computer is only 4 months old and the screen has gone black 4 x and died had to be sent back to Dell 3 times already. I suggest you don’t buy this computer and don’t buy from Best Buy they won’t stand behind their product after 30 days they say it’s up to dell and I can’t get pass dell support for any help. So I basically I have spent 1500 on a computer that breaks once a month. Won’t buy from BEST BUY again

I bought this laptop for my adult son for Christmas and so far as of today he loves it. It was easy for him to get it all set up and running. He is really into computers is why it was easy for him. I bought this in store and received the last one. PS: My son has always loved Best Buy.

Have used Dell laptops for 25+ years they never disappoint and this is no different. Cost is high but worth it, there is no boot time it's instant , the fingerprint scanner takes a few tries at first but once you get used to it, login is also pretty much instant.

Excellent product! Had to contact the Microsoft online chat team to restore my video sound. Not sure why it was not already working. It was a brand new computer straight out of the box. Anyway they fix that problem right away.

Wonderful computer that rep[laced my 10 year old Windows 7 Dell. Geek Squad set it up and everything was transferred successfully. Keyboard is not at all difficult to see -- day or night. Connections to my 8+ year old TV display and 10+ year old printer works better than ever.
