Very good machine, easy to get started and set up preferences, etc. Works well, very fast, good screen graphics/easy to read. The only downside is that in lower light it's harder to see the keys, although they are outlined with light.

I've been really happy with it except for processing seems to be a little glitchy. Now the fan has stopped working 8 months later. We shall see how tech support is.

This Dell has been such a smooth operator, a newer generation. It is serving me well. Over the years, this is my 3rd Dell laptop, and I am pleased with the high standard and improvements Dell has made. Thank you

I had no idea what Iwas doing when I knew I had to get a new computer and your guys were fantastic! They were calm and explained everything cheerfully without acting as if my questions were the dumbest things they ever heard. I am grateful.

The computer is great, one but I have a complaint about the back lighting on the keyboard, I find it hard to make out the letters and numbers during daylight hours. Also major complaint with the Geek squad set up, which I will contact them in person.

Enjoyed our shopping trip to Best Buy. The staff in the laptop area were very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all our questions, pointing out and comparing the features of each unit we looked at. We chose a Dell 2 in 1 laptop/tablet.

I love this computer but I do not use it as 2n1. The screen is large enough that I do not need an additional monitor

Nice laptop. Picture quality has been amazing. I was needing a new laptop that was compatible with a new mirrorless camera. I am an amateur photographer and the image quality has been very good for my needs.

We looked at several different models before deciding on this one. Changed over from hp because this one looked like a better computer for the price. No major issues with it so far.

I've owned dells previously, but switched over to ASUS for years. when i went to buy a new laptop the Dell was a good deal and highly recommended. I'm still pleased with my purchase.

Husband's older dell just quit. Had to find something quick - in stock and user friendly. He is not a geek he is a a pleasure user. I needed something easy to set up and simple to use. This Dell met all of those requirements.

This laptop met all of the specs that my daughter needed for college. We were very fortunate to be able to find it in the store and purchase it that day. The Geek Squad had everything set up and ready to go for us that same afternoon.

I'd give it a 5 star but it frequently disconnects from my Wi-Fi. Not certain yet if it the machine or Modem/Router. The thing is that all the other devices in the house stay connected except for this darn thing.

Great laptop! No issues at all. Love the large display. The only down side is the options to get a screen protector so I'm super cautious with touching the screen

The laptop is great to bad i was not informed a month in id have to spend another $350 plus to keep using it youd think for $1200 it would come with the basic operating system for at least a year

I favor Dell computers and this computer is no different. I love everything about it! I was a little disappointed about the appearance of the size. It's 17" but it it barley larger than my 15.6" laptops. Otherwise, it's great and is as advertised.

Purchased a laptop online, applied 2 seperate gift cards and point from my Amer Xpress card. Process was simple and very easy to navigate. Alerted store via text when I got on line and was quickly helped!

It is hard to see the keys. Also, I thought the laptop was 17.3". The pre-installed computer memory is too much! I am actually thinking about returning this laptop; for $1200, it should come with a stylus.

Good laptop. Wasn’t really what I was looking for as I wanted more of a gaming ability. It is definitely worth it for business or home use. Gaming, it’s good for lower end games.

Great Laptop by Dell. My wife loves it and uses for business and record keeping. Then at night we often use it to view favorite TV channels making it very versatile.
