Buying this notebook was a pleasure. The salesperson knew the product and was able to compare it to other equipment which made my decision simple. The laptop itself met or exceeded all expectations.

Purchased this laptop for our church office. The mobility allows work from home, thus making better use of time while in the office. The additional software purchases really helps with the communication from church to members.

I've been using Dell laptops the past 6 years and have had no problems with them. I use them virtually every day, all day long, and they have performed admirably. This one is no different. I'm very happy so far.

Great laptop. Use it for business (and a little gaming). My only issue is the keyboard. The glare off the keys made seeing the characters difficult (especially if I'm a dark room).

Love my laptop! I have had it for a couple of months now and everything is running smooth. One downside is that while I'm charging it and using it the laptop gets too loud.

Great computer. Works perfect for our home based design business. I do wish like others that the keys letters weren’t white on a light silver key. Tougher to see for sure, but wouldn’t stop me from buying it again.

So far, so good. I am impressed and very satisfied with this laptop. The only issue I seem to be having is that the fingerprint reader does not function very well, and I am attempting to solve that problem.

Touch screen stopped working after a few months. Could not be repaired but was fortunately under warranty and we were given a store credit.

We bought a laptop last year for general use for my mom. However it didn't work well for video conferences. We opted for this laptop. It's a bit pricey however it does the job for video conferences. It works great!

I really like the 7000 2 in 1, the only down side is that I am a cheater typer, and need to see keys sometimes , the keys are silver and the letters light, hard to see, not the computer s fault I can't see

Like the way this laptop performs. Just wish the keyboard was in black and not the same color as computer. Would make it easier to see the keys.

The representative was very knowledgeable about all of the laptops. After breaking down the information so i could understand, i selected my Dell, 17". I'm so excited and happy that i made this decision.

We love our Dell Inspiron Laptop. It meets all our needs for our small business. The guy at BestBuy made our decision easier by being very knowledgable and understanding our needs.

Works great for my mom but gosh darn Windows 11 sucks if it was 10 it'd make my life a little bit easier. Just a bunch of dumb things they did in 11.

Love my new computer. I picked this out with the help from my grandson and it's perfect. I previously purchased a cheaper model trying to save money so this time I did what was best and purchased a much better computer.

So far so good. Had to have the key pad disabled as my typing bounced me around as I would slightly cross or touch the pad. Now it is absolutely working great. I use a mouse anyway so no problem

Latop works fantastic and effective for business or personal use. We have high computing demands using google based apps for work and this laptop allows to be very productive.

I am not sure how to use most things in this new laptop, it’s new, I know, but it has no disc slots, so I cannot load my dragon discs and I don’t know how to download dragon into my computer and that’s the whole reason I updated so what was the point? Also, my old laptop had three USB portals this one has two and the other one is curved at a slant not sure what the heck that is?

The laptop is quality. I would recommend this laptop to anyone. I believe the battery could last longer.. but other than that. Overall nice sound laptop with great features.
