purchased this laptop as a replacement/upgrade for a customer of mine (I'm in IT) the customer is completely satisfied with this computer and would recommend to others as a great value

the one issue I have is the light on the keyboard it is very hard to see the key s when typing in certain light conditions or at a certain angle. I have been pleased with overall operation of this laptop so far.

Christopher took great care of us. Price matched a laptop for us because of complications with the first one we purchased. He made sure everything that we needed to work, worked. Before we left. Amazing expierence.

All good with my new laptop except the camera does not work. On line Geek Squad tells me I need to make an appointment and bring unit in to have camera replaced.

Really happy with the purchase. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is because the spacing for the 10 key is close together. It is workable but could definitely be better.

An excellent business laptop with plenty of punch! Will easily run all productivity software and converts to a tablet with a flip of the cover. Not a gaming machine but graphics are great for streaming video.

I love this laptop. Only drawback is that there is little contrast when viewing and I have to adjust the monitor so I can see it. But I do have problems with brightness. But overall I love it.

Got this for my wife. So far so good! She has the ability to wreak havoc on computer equipment. I think she’s happy. If she’s happy, I’m happy!

I am very happy with my computer but I have one recommendation for the manufacturer: On the silver keyboard fill the letter/number indentations with black so they can be more easily read.

Overall satisfied. The only printer device driver (HP 8100 series) for Windows-11 doesn't work with my HP Photosmart 8150 printer.

I bought this computer for work and it was a great value for the price. The salesman was extremely helpful and patient, helping me figure out which computer would best meet my needs.

The laptop reboots continuously throughout the day at random and I lose all the work I've been doing. I've contacted Dell 4 times and they've seemingly helped me but it starts happening again almost instantaneously. The computer is relatively fast at processing but not overly impressive at all. If not for the random BIOS reboots I'd give it 4-5 stars.

This is a good overall laptop to use at home. Not that portable due to the size, but it can still be taken with you if needed. There is no DVD drive but don't really miss it.

Had for just over 2 years, and the screen is broke, all blacked out.

Computer was available per online so I drove to Best Buy and picked it up. The price was very competitive anywhere else with similar features and components. Was only there about 15 minutes.

I purchase a laptop and the Tech support for a year. I have been very pleased with the Tech support and will probably purchase this service for an additional year.

I’ve had this laptop for a little less than a month and I love it. The fingerprint sign in is a nice bonus. Dell is the best brand. My other computer lasted over 12 years.

This was a great buy for me. I’m very pleased in my selection of this Dell laptop. The start up speed is great i7 is a better choice for what I need at the moment
