This laptop is lightning fast with the latest technology. The screen shows brilliant colors that pop out at you. It has lots of ram and storage space. The graphics are awesome and it will play a lot of games. I am very happy with my first Dell purchase.

Great laptop. This replaced a 6 year old dell laptop. It has a nice large screen and the speed handles running autocad programs, etc. The touchscreen is an added bonus

This has been a major up grade from my hp In every way. I use it for my business and personal it preforms great. Big screen nice picture vary quick thin and light to transport. Vary satisfied.

I researched for months before pulling the trigger on this, and I can report I'm happy I did. I am not a gamer, so I can't talk about its skills in gaming. But for everything else, it's fast. I had to downgrade its display to 1920x1080 straight HD because I port over some videos to play right on an older non-smart TV (in order for the screen to fill the TV picture), but no complaints there. My only big issue is that I am the only user and I want Windows 10 to boot right up to my desktop, and so far, Geek Squad has been unable to accomplish that. You can be sure that with my Total Tech Support, they WILL fix that soon!

Crisp and nice resolution. Fast and easy to use and maintain. 17" screen a real plus. Would recommend. May not be as compact if you travel a lot but great for my purpose.

This has been an awesome laptop, I just know when i open it that i can check out my bank account and emails that it'll run smoothly. I would definitely recommend this laptop to others.

I did a lot of research before making my purchase. The Dell Inspiron 7000 2-in-1 17" has an excellent display which was the determining factor. The backlit keyboard was the 2nd most important consideration. Also, I wanted a larger than usual laptop so I could split my screen between a professor's presentation and word so I could take notes. This laptop is excellent for anything one could possibly want to use it for, including watching movies.

Love the keyboard and required this laptop includes makes it so easy to work from anywhere with the latest Microsoft updates!

This laptop is very fast. It boots to ready to use almost immediately. The fingerprint touch button lets you log in with no effort. I like the large 17" screen, which also allows for a larger keyboard, including a number pad. It has 2 USB 3.0 ports, one type-C USB port and one HDMI port, plus an SD card slot, and an audio port. It lacks an ethernet port, so it must exclusively use wifi for internet access unless a docking station is set up. It is somewhat heavy for a laptop, limiting how portable it is. It does have the ability to fold over into a tablet, but it is more cumbersome than smaller tablets.

So loving my new sleek, sexy, capable Dell Inspirion 7000 2-in-1. I actually was trying to leave them, I've had Dells for the past 15 years of my life at least. While they have already done me well, I wanted a change in scenery. However, after talking with the Best Buy associate I realized this model had all the bells and whistles I wanted plus some extras I didn't even know I wanted and all for an excellent price in comparison to other models. I needed a 17-inch monitor and there were only two options, Dell or HP. Needless to say Dell won, hands down! The speed, sleekness, and functionality is top-notch. I've received so many compliments and I am feeling super productive these days.

This is a good computer, fast system, large screen. There are a couple of things i would change, more usb ports and ability to change the keyboard lights. Its hard to see the letters.

I showed up at GeekSquad with a damaged all-in-one PC. After learning my hard drive would need total data recovery, the tech explained my options including out-of-house competitor services so I would have a fair comparison. He then took me to the Windows-based PCs and explained the differences among the different platforms. I selected the Dell Inspiron 7002 2-in-one laptop. GeekSquad set up my computer and when I got it home, everything worked perfectly out of the box. I've been using this laptop in my office and remotely without any issues. I strongly recommend the tech support of GeekSquad because they made setup easy. Battery life is eight hours and touch screen works perfectly. Kudos to all at Best Buy.

So far this laptop has been very impressive. It is fast and was easy to set up and use right away. Love the touch screen ability and versatility to use it like a laptop. Very happy with this purchase as of now!

Great machine for money. Very nice performance with adequate processor/RAM for most programs & video conferencing purposes. Does adequately for gaming however suffers some pixilation although that's not necessarily designed for this model. Easily updates via Dell. 30 days anti-virus program(s) are minimalistic/not very robust. Webroot antivirus via BestBuy (free trial 90 days) concurs with the installed McAfee 30 day trial (so you only get 60 days via Webroot). 17 inch display is spectacular & tablet/touch screen mode is fluid & precise.

This is a big 17” laptop, but with very little weight. It definitely has the performance under the hood. Dell never disappoints and I’m so glad this specific model is sold at Best Buy!

This is an Outstanding computer. Many reviews mention problems on initial setup, but i had no trouble at all. Took a long time to update. My advise is dont get click happy. Just wait for the update process to complete. possibly a couple hours. keep it plugged in and your wifi on during setup. PC is lightening fast. Solid state drives. Full 10-key number pad. Full touch screen. Fold over completely to transform into table. Quite large and heavy. entire laptop is aluminum, not cheap plastic. Venting is out of the bottom which is the only drawback. When in your lap, you might get quite toasty.

The silver metal casing looks sharp and feels durable. Opening up the screen to use as a laptop, the keyboard raises up and makes typing comfortable. The keys have 3 settings for the back lighting, off, low and high. The power button is also used for signing in with biometrics. The boot up and restart time is amazingly quick. Even thou it has the NVIDIA graphics card it also has a built in graphics card and gives you the option of using either one. Multi-tasking with the large screen allows you to keep thing in view without flipping windows. Easy to connect to blue tooth head sets. Only thing this is missing is the compatible pen (stylus).

Its been very good so far love outstanding. Its great on updated windows and more place all the games and shur it has more but i have to look in to it some more.

Seems to work fine so far. My only problem is that the touchpad has stopped working and no matter what I try (updating drivers, etc) nothing seems to fix it. If this wasn't touchscreen and I did not have an external mouse this would be disastrous, but for now it is simply annoying. The screen is nice and large, the touchscreen works well, I like that it comes with an SD card reader. I also like that it has a number pad. I am very irritated that I spent so much money on a laptop just for the touchpad to not work, though.

Love it. Its my second dell bought here at best buy. Things to know: the size is the same of a 15,6 inch machine of 6 years ago (my old dell) because now its 100% Screen (no border). The best advantage Is the dedicated memory for video AND the Nvidia video included. It males things really faster than muy previos machine. Would buy ir again.
