So far so good. Having to get used to windows 10 which is not easy since I had been using window 7 but that is not your fault.

This laptop was a good upgrade from the HP model that I had. It is much quicker and has worked well for me.

My Dell computer is great. I had to replace my Lenovo laptop that was not working properly.

I bought this computer open box a couple weeks ago. My last laptop died and I needed a replacement quickly. They store employees would not let me open the blue security tape in the store to inspect the product, so I waited until I got home. The computer itself works fine so far, however when I opened the box, it did not come with a power cord. I returned to the store, product in hand, and explained the issue to customer service. Their remedy to the issue was to give me a charger that was less wattage than it needed to properly charge. This computer requires a 90w charger, they gave me a 65w charger and told me it would work just fine, It did not. It was super slow to charge and the computer let me know it constantly. Completely irritated with this issue and lack of decent customer service. TLDR: Beware of buying open box items at this price point. I ended up having to buy a new charge cable directly from Dell to resolve the issue.

Love It! This was a Christmas present - as I had to "give up" the loaner laptop when I retired.

Purchase wet seamlessly. The techs were very knowledgeable and found me just what I was looking for.

Easy to setup with Windows 11. Also easy to personalize. No problems with setting up Windows Mail.
